Unfortunately, I didn't review the comments about this company before I ordered. Clearly a rip off company. I have the same experience as many others. Stall you along with apologies and excuses why they haven't filled my order. Said it might take 30 working days to ship and I'm past that point. Now they won't answer any inquiries about my order.

This is an update to my first review, with a one star rating, and which I wrote only because of long delays cancelling this order and then getting a refund. The company has refunded this order (on Jan. 28). They offered a gift for the problems. I declined; just wanted my money back. It is likely they are dealing with some issues other cannabis-related businesses are dealing with because of government regulations that seem to be making things more difficult. If that is the case, I’d add stars to the review. Anyway, as always, it’s a good idea to compare this review with all of the others.

Love Cream City. Used it to purchase several accessories for my vaporizers. Not only did the products ship in a timely manner, but when I reached out 18 months later to get the receipt for that order, they responded within hours. Excellent customer service!

Superior pricing, superior customer service.

Delivery wasn't timely, but their customer service was good and I'd order from them again.

Took my money for product and shipping. Nothing was ever shipped. Shop somewhere else or go to the manufacturer.

Actual trash. Told it was going to take “up to 25 business days” to ship my item, which is so ludicrous I decided to go for it because what person in their right mind would think this is an acceptable lead time?!

Well, apparently CCV does. It has been over a month now (27 business days), no shipment, and no response to the multitude of emails I’ve sent in the past week to cancel my order.

I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company to have this transaction reversed. What a joke of a company.

Placed an order that had in its description no wait time expect 1-3 days for item to ship. A month later I still never received the item and customer service kept stalling telling me they would give me points and discounts. I understand growing business blah blah blah but a month and still nothing shipped that means they are taking orders with no inventory then going to purchase inventory in bulk to distribute. Asked for a refund multiple times through email and text to finally call the credit card company and open a case. As soon as I opened a case someone on the management team called me and offered a refund which I accepted. Even after accepting the refund it took a few days to process. I would not purchase from them again even if heavily discounted.

100% peecent scam. Save your money and time. I eventually had to dispute the charges with my bank. 2 months later, they're so busy they can't respond to emails or ship the products they advertise lol. Bunch of clowns and scammers.

I would not suggest purchasing from this company, their shipping times are atrocious, and their customer service and communication are worse.

I purchased from them in the middle of October, and here we are two weeks from Christmas and I never received a shipping confirmation, despite the CEO Dan stating I would receive one by Dec. 9th.

I'm going to stop short of calling them a scam, I'm sure they have many happy customers, but at the very least if you're thinking of purchasing from them in the future, read other reviews. Googling their name + scam, or their name + shipping time will bring up plenty of experiences.

Today is November 25th, 2022. I ordered an Arizer Solo II vaporizer on October 5th from Cream City Vapes (CCV). Over 50-days and nine automated emails later, assuring me their team is excitedly working to fulfill my order, I've gotten no actual response from CCV. I've submitted two requests for a refund (Nov 21st & 25th) - no reply. Meanwhile, what I have received are two marketing emails from CCV advertising Black Friday 2022 sales! After some research it appears numerous complaints have been reported to the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin. Unfortunately it looks like CCV replies most often to online criticism and social media posts, so here I am. I want my money back.

Edit: The owner of CCV, Dan, personally contacted me about my late order and even threw in a piece for the mistake. He found the item / label the same day and shipped it promptly. Thanks Dan for personally reaching out to me!

Original review: Abysmal slow shipping times will keep me from ever shopping at this website again. I don't care what excuse you have, there is none. Close your website if you can't offer normal service. 16 business days (OVER THREE WEEKS going by the old standard while most people / companies work Saturdays) to package a piece of glass that's about 6 inches tall, then another three plus for the package to make its way to the post office?! I get better / faster service from someone half way around the world.

Whoever is in charge of logistics at this company should be fired.

they are SCAMMERS. I ordered 300$ worth of products, its been 5 months and they never got back to me. I called, emailed, txted, dmed and they never answered. when they finally dmed me back, all they said was they are too busy and will get back to me and they never did. do NOT waste ur money. SCAMMMMMERS

I live in the UK, mistakenly entered a contest meant for the states only, and they still sent me my prize. Cheers!

I ordered a part for volcano on 7-2-22. never received confirmation asked multiple times - all i wanted to know was if order was received, yeah though request. Never got a response i actaully ordered another piece - the next day i got piece from first order on 7-2 and tried multiple times to cancel order. Not one response to any inquiry - while i have some responsibility this could have been avoided with a simple response. Dont buy a thing from them - they are too busy and dont need any further business from me. There are other vendors who are responsive to customers.

I refuse to order from any other merchant merely because of how well CCV takes care of their customers. Not only are they remarkable with customer service, they also have the best prices available - sacrificing themselves (money, energy, time) to ensure such.

they treat you like family.
When something is in their power to change they'll help you out in an instant. I've bought from CCV multiple times never a broken or bad product.
