I still haven't received my order, its been 4 weeks, no reply, I cannot get in touch with them. I specifically ordered a next day delivery as I was making cakes for my sons birthday that weekend. I WILL NOT be purchasing from them again, I have not received a refund after 3x messages I have sent.
Absolutely rubbish! I ordered a parcel from there and it kept saying it will be delivered but not once has it been delivered. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my parcel when I was suppose to receive it 2 days after ordering it. Ridiculous! Never ordering from there again

Seemless transaction
Honestly shocking I ordered a things from this company and i paid for delivery was supposed to arrive on the 4th I emailed them 5 times called and everything it’s now the 27 well over a month since I ordered it and it’s still not here they never email back or anything shocking!! I still keep emailing them and it’s still nothing NEVER ordering here again!!!
Ordered a simple delivery and paid the extra for Saturday delivery. The package didn’t turn up on the Saturday so I sent a message to them with no reply. The packaged was eventually delivered on the Monday but if I knew that I would have saved myself the money and either used another company or paid for normal delivery. When they did arrive three boxes out of the eight either had major tears in them or were fully broken apart. Wouldn’t highly recommend staying away. I still haven’t even had a reply about a reason or apology for failing to deliver the product intact or on time.
