What an amazing clip! I bought the original clip and asked my husband to do it. I was shocked to see how beautiful my hair is with layers. No need to go salon anymore! Heehee save money! 💖

Ordered their clip and scissors. Never got the package. Tried contacting them several times — no response whatsoever. Very disappointed given the advertisement.

May 27 - I take the time to buy the product online.

After one month and ten days I still have not received it.

I contact them and request that my order be cancelled and I be refunded.

I get a reply asking me to confirm shipping address. Even though I had requested refund. No offer of money off for my distress and inconvenience. Not even offer of taking delivery fee off.

I end up requesting a refund.

I wait for a response and never get one.

After TWO MONTHS I contact them asking for a refund again. I inform them that if I do not get one I will raise it as a dispute with my bank.

A week later I was given no choice but to raise it as a dispute, which was very inconvenient and took hours off of my Saturday.

August 20, nearly three months later - I receive a message from my bank saying they are challenging my dispute.

Do they think they have the right to keep customer's money even if they never received what they paid for? And then don't respond to their e-mails?

Expensive but average product. Not recommended.

Pretty good product. Don't need to be an expert to use it.

I loved the way my hair looks!!! and it was so easy! In fact...I bought one for my sister as a thank you for sewing me, my family and her community face mask! and I bought one for my daughter, just to make her happy during Isolation time. I will never go to a salon again, either! no need. Thanks

TERRIBLE!!! I have been trying for 3 days to contact them with no reply. I even tried calling the phone number ... the phone just rang with no message or opportunity for me to leave a message. I keep receiving reminders to rate their product so thought I might as well.

I was really excited when I received my Creaclips. I didn’t realize how easy it would be to cut my own hair, especially knowing I don’t have to visit a hair salon again. I was very impressed and happy after my first hair cut using the Creaclips. I wish I had Known about them sooner.

I bought the original Creaclip set. The shipping was quick. I cut my bangs with the straight clip and it worked great. I used the curve clip to do the 3 layer cut and it was amazing! I can't believe I was able to cut my own hair with these clips! I watched a few videos on the Creaclip Facebook page before I cut. These clips we're easy to use and seem very durable! I love these clips!
