Order didn't come through. Outright scam - have emailed 4 times and no response. Didn't even get an order confirmation email.

Do not order from here!
Do not order from here!! I ordered a month ago and got a dispatch email the next day. The order still hasn’t turned up. I have emailed the company three times to resolve this and they just ignore emails. I’ve had to start a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Save your time and money and don’t buy from here. Plenty of alternative websites selling the same thing so definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I would recommend the product and service. I have read some previous reviews and can only think they have been unlucky with the postal service during the pandemic which can happen. My son is happy with the product for his trainers.

I would not even rate this one star, that is me being generous.I ordered my order for Christmas weeks ago! Got a confirmation text of shipping on 20th of November, it still has not turnt up.I have emailed them and they took a week or so to reply and said they “sent out replacement” but they still haven’t turnt up from over a week ago.I have now left them an email days ago and still no response.I think they are unprofessional and no suprise if they are a scam website.

I wouldn’t even rate this company one star.
I ordered my item well over a week ago. They advertise 48 delivery WORLDWIDE.
I’ve emailed and emailed, dm’d them on Instagram and messaged on Facebook and have had absolutely no response. The tracking link doesn’t work, I have absolutely no idea where my order is or if it’s even coming. I’ve received no help from the company.
I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company, stick to amazon or another website.
