I reveived info from the bad service of dpd that nobody passed but status delivered.
I contacted via formular create and always the same answer , delivered , no option to write further info or message and at e-mail bestellingen create-store.com answer only with a bad template delivered if message is sent via app / no regular e-mails are no read neither answered : so creare cna you please mention here you whatsapp and other information where we can contact you because “menrioned on our app or website” is not true !

Was ordering speaker - it’s amazing! Quality is good, but they are scamming trying to debit money from cards
I started receiving attempts of debiting from my card shortly after I received the speaker. And I’ve read in the internet - there are plenty of such reviews. The support has only phone line and they do not speak English (which is not customer friendly, at all)
But about debiting attempts - they do not explain it at all, and just ask to contact bank - although it’s not the bank who is trying to debit money - it’s their store. Ans they ignore the fact that there are a lot of such reviews
So items are good, but they are scamming ppl in trying to debit money - or they aren’t fixing bug in the system (which is also awful)
All in all, experience not pleasant - do not recommend

I recently purchased the Create juice press and, unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory, warranting a rating of 2 out of 10 stars. Firstly, the design lacks practicality, as the containers are not slip-resistant and tend to tip over easily. Additionally, the area where fruits and vegetables are inserted frequently becomes clogged, necessitating frequent disassembly and reassembly in a complicated manner, which is time-consuming. Moreover, the lightweight construction often causes the juice container to tip over, similar to a disposable cup.
Furthermore, I have significant concerns regarding the customer service. After experiencing an issue with a broken part during my first use, I promptly requested a return and refund. Despite my clear communication and multiple requests, the company only sent a replacement part nearly two months later, despite my preference for a full refund rather than a replacement. This has left me quite dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service experience.

There is no customer service
There is no customer service or any contact information anywhere. I recently purchased three products and I have been trying to register my warranties as instructed. It asks for a reference number and email, and says an email will be sent after registration, however, I have not received any emails despite multiple attempts.
I try to find their customer service or any contact information, but there is no email address, phone number, or support form anywhere. The information is said to be on their website’s “Contact” section but it only contains FAQs, as mentioned in previous reviews here.

Terrible Service – No Contact, No Resolution
I previously left a review and the company simply replied to it, but still gives no guidance on how to actually contact them. The customer service email repeatedly fails to solve any issues. Even when I sent proof of my package, they keep claiming it was never received.
It is only because I posted here publicly on this platform that they finally responded. This level of service is unacceptable. I paid for repair, but my product has neither been repaired nor refunded. Avoid.
And I received the same email responds from customer service the 5th time.

inside strange matter
I ordered the same items x 2pcs. Both boxes are sealed and could not seen having opened by someone. I opened both boxes, but one box seemed something went wrong. A paper envelope of which contains all bis to fix the item were teared and almost all bis are out of. By counting the bis, I could not find a peace. I wonder how this paper envelope was teared.

Repeatedly defective ceiling fan and zero customer support – extremely disappointing
I bought three ceiling fans from Create (create-store.com) online in 2024. I only started installing them in summer 2025. Two fans worked fine, but the third one has been defective from the start.
So far, I’ve had to send it back twice – first because of a faulty receiver, and then because the motor does not work. After receiving the motor from the 2nd warranty claim, it still doesn’t work properly: it starts spinning, makes a few dozen rotations, then stops, restarts again by itself, and keeps repeating this cycle. It also doesn’t respond to the remote control – I can’t change the speed or even turn it off once it starts running.
When I tried to file another warranty claim, I suddenly noticed that Create somehow had blocked me from submitting any further claims on their website. Now the site just says I’ve already claimed this product, and I can’t proceed any further.
What’s even worse: there are no contact options at all – no email address, no phone number, no contact form - when you click on contacts it guides you to FAQ site. It’s impossible to reach anyone from Create.
Their “claims” section is limited to two options (“damage after use” or “cannot be installed”), and neither applies to my case. The “Next” button in the claim section doesn’t even work in this situation anymore, so I’m completely stuck.
I’m very disappointed with how Create handles after-sales service. I’ve been patient for months, but after multiple failed repairs and no way to communicate with the company, I can no longer recommend Create to anyone.
UPDATE (13.12.2025):
I was able to get in contact with create and the ceiling fan was fixed and now is everything fine.

Not recommended
The milk frother on the espresso machine stopped working very quickly. I was allowed to send the machine in for repair, got it back, but it only worked for one coffee. After that, it stopped working again. When I reported this, I was told that it was due to poor cleaning (which was impossible, as the device had been thoroughly cleaned before I sent it in). I was allowed to send the device in again, but would have to pay for the repair myself. The device was still under warranty and it wasn't due to cleaning. The quality of this appliance is substandard, as is the service. Not recommended!

Do not order with this shop
I ordered a waterboiler weeks ago, still did not receive it. In a mail after my order and payment it said the cooker was not in store. After several mails, no response at all. Never had this before. If it takes one more week, I will take steps. Please do not order with this website.

BADEST EXPÉRIENCE EVER! THIEVES! OUTLAWS
They failed to comply with the legal 14-day refund period (Article 12 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014), which constitutes a clear violation of consumer rights established by Law No. 24/96.
In addition, their customer service proved to be seriously deficient, as the consumer had to insist with around ten messages over more than three weeks to obtain what was merely their legal right.
Although the refund has now been processed, they have not yet provided proof of the transaction. The consumer therefore requests its immediate delivery, as well as compensation equal to 200% of the amount in question, for the inconvenience and unjustified loss of time caused.
It was also verified that they are not properly registered on the Electronic Complaints Book portal, either under the name “CREATE STORE” or “WOODS & GO DESIGN, S.L.”, as indicated in their electronic communications.
Such a situation constitutes a serious infringement under Articles 3 and 21 of Decree-Law No. 156/2005 of September 15, which requires all entities operating in Portugal to make both the physical and online Complaints Book easily accessible to consumers.
In the absence of an appropriate response within five working days, a formal complaint will be filed with ASAE and DECO for the breaches described above.
