Pens ordered never arrived, no tracking no replies to emails and phone just rings out. had to put a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back. I would definitely avoid at all costs

Very poor quality pen. Blocked on first use. We over ordered the wire and now have loads but it’s impossible to contact them. Sadly this is a scam - the product arrived but it’s useless and there is no customer service at all. AVOID!

SCAMMERS - Fake cheap pen sent in no packaging. Ignore emails requesting return. DO NOT BUY.

Also wish I’d seen these reviews first. Not received and no response from so called 24 hour customer service. Do not use this scam company.

Seems like I was scammed like everyone else, wish I'd seen these reviews first. The pen I received was broken, no response on email even though their customer service states 24/7. Finally got a response over a week later and they denied I had ordered through them! Money down the drain.

Mine was delivered on 13/12/22 but the pen started smoking and the pen melted. Could of caused a nasty burn I have emailed 5 times no replies phone number unobtainable what a scam company. I am going to contact my bank as I paid by debit card. What a load of rubbish do not buy be warned

Like the rest of customers I also went with the fact it was voted Best 3d pen but fortunately mine did arrive but in a boring brown box nothing stating Create3d on it. My review is not shown and having looked more closely they are fake. How can Google allow them to advertise as this if they are scammers. I only hope it now works or my granddaughters xmas will be ruined.

I ordered 2 pens but only received 1. The company have taken money for both. I am unable to contact company as phone line does not work and they don’t respond to emails

I unfortunately have also been scammed by this fake company. The website is convincing at a first look. My order also did not arrive. phone line does not work. No email response. They have literally stolen my money and many many others. They should be stopped immediately and prosecuted for such actions.

This company is a complete SCAM, I wish I had read the few Trustpilot reviews before using. I ordered and paid for a 3d pen and filament, I received a confirmation text from an overseas number with a link with an order number and next working day delivery. I have never received a thing. The telephone number on the website doesn't exist and no reply received following my email. Thankfully I reported this to my bank and they have raised a dispute and have consequently got my money back.

This is most likely a scam website offering discount 3D filament pens. Order was never sent and the company phone number is just a mobile that is not available. It comes up on PayPal as Jaar Trading, but I can't find any further details. Just glad I paid with PayPal and now have a case raised for a refund.
