I ordered 2 stencils on 2 different days, both were ordered a week before each of the funerals and neither one got delivered before any of the funerals, the funerals were gone before they arrived together, plus it was hard to get in contact with the company as they do not provide a number, they knew there was a postal strike and didn’t offer me the so called next day delivery that they also use aswell as Royal Mail, it was just a mess from start to finish, the company offered me next day service and now claim they didn’t offer it. They just wanted my money as they could of said it won’t get to you intime cos of the strike, but no they just added the other stencil knowing it would not get to me next day as they had offered.

Sorry Jas, that you had to write this review not about our products you received but about delivery service. I suggest you to leave reviews to Royal Mail and Evri. We did everything we could from our end - created the design you wanted over the weekend and dispatched the stencil as soon as it was ready. Normally we don’t offer the next day delivery (you new that) but made an exception this time. We didn’t even charged you for upgraded service! Sorry you haven’t received the parcel on time, Royal Mail was on strike and Evri has failed. This is NOT our fault, unfortunately we are at the mercy of delivery companies.
