The website is so easy to navigate and to upload your photos. Communication was excellent and they would suggest a good quality photo and assist you with this if it's not. The gift was for my dad who had recently lost his beloved companion and I have to say he really loved the gift. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The process was straight forward, and I opted to receive a proof (as I chose to have the finished product shipped to my friend), and the proofing process was really easy. The finished portrait was amazing. It looked just like the image I had sent, except more beautiful because of the lovely style of the portrait. Thank you so much - my friend said that she absolutely loved it! She has framed it and put it on her desk in her home office so she can see it all day long!

I wanted a watercolour of my dog but wanted it to look exactly like her so came across this website emailed Laura to check the imagine had a really quick response and nothing seemed too much trouble really easy to deal with and friendly. Paid for express delivery and had it a few days later and it was better than I ever expected I’m so in love with it!

Sister's birthday present. Sent a photo of her two dogs, asked for A3 size and Artist Grey background. It came within the week and is fantastic. I will definitely be using them again.
