WARNING, Good luck if you decide to use this disgraceful service. Ordered a FUT card from them on the 5th December 2021 for my nephew for Christmas.
On the 16th December I received the item with someone else's picture on it, mistakes happen I understand this. I immediately contacted customer support to see if I would still receive the item in time for Christmas and was told it would be posted the next day.
It is now the 17th February 2022 and I am writing this review as I have still not received my item. I have also been lied to on multiple occasions by their customer service to say not to worry my item will be coming soon.
