Absolutely rubbish. I ordered a 200 set, got 100 poles and 77 balls. Email response stated that they understand I paid for 200 but this is an internal issue and they have flagged it to get updated on their system. Definitely a scam. Very flimsy, not good quality and arrived in a clear plastic bag with half ripped instructions.

Completely agree with the negative reviews here. I purchased this as a Christmas gift and they're incredibly flimsy and break easily. Any type of blanket over the fort makes it unstable.

Other than Trustpilot, there is no other way to leave a review. I never received an email asking to leave a review, and I tried emailing them about it and the email address they have on their "Contact Us" page is invalid.

Steer clear of this, everyone!

Got the product- took about 14 days to arrive. I ordered 120 glow in the dark but received a box with a mark that said 86 pcs. I counted it and it contained 100 sticks and 40 balls. It can’t hold a blanket very well. Don’t waste your money on this. I sent a mail but haven’t heard anything back.

I ordered the glow-in-the-dark fort, 120 pc. It is garbage. They have no phone number. The site says you have to email to request a return and refund. I've emailed them 4 times now, both at support at creatifulkid (this Trustpilot review site doesn't allow full emails) and the babybubblehelp address. No reply. They are outright ignoring my requests. And their "policy" is a refund within 30 days. I guess their plan is to ignore my refund requests for those 30 days.

This is a huge scam and rip off. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

The pictures and product do not match. The product on the website looks a lot different than the one I received. The quality is extremely low.

I've ordered a 120-piece fort and received an 80-piece set.

Would not recommend this website and will report it as a scam.

It’s a scam. I received the wrong product in a battered box, of very poor quality- a cheap knock-off and not as advertised. Avoid.

I ordered from them in August 2023, still not recieved the item and they are not responding to anything. Disgusting piece of crap if I'm honest, excuse my language, but I'm just so fed up with scammers now! If you read this Creatiful, I'm sick of your attitudes of ignoring costumers. I want a refund ASAP!

Never received the item I purchased, 3 weeks now

I got a wrong package, and there is no answer from the support. Looks like fraud.

This company is a scam.
Three weeks ago, I ordered a children's toy from them after seeing their advertisement on Instagram. The toy was delivered, but the packaging was in terrible condition. All wrinkled and torn in places. I ordered for Europe.
But that's not the worst thing. The worst thing is that it was the wrong product. I ordered a more expensive version of the toy, but what I received was 2 times cheaper on their website.
I tried to contact the company via email at support(at)creatifulkid(dot)com with no success. I waited 1 week for an answer and didn’t get it. I wrote again, but there was still no response.
Tried to reach them via social media networks: Facebook and Instagram. There is also no answer :(

I am very disappointed and angry.

As other users have pointed out, this is 100% a scam. No response to emails, product pictures have been taking from other sites. I unfortunately have not received any update on pending order, and no response to cancellation requests.

DO NOT buy from this company.

Cheap crap quality flimsy fort from China hiding behind a professional website. A lot of the balls broke during construction. Nothing like the pictures. Complete waste of money. They don’t respond to emails. Complete scammers.

Pictures and real life product don't match.
According to the box I should have received 120pcs. In theory that is correct. I received 80 sticks and 40 connecting balls. That was the largest package I could order. Even though it is not big enough to built what they advertise in the pictures. Besides that, the quality of the product is poor. It barely holds blankets and the construction folds beneath the weight.
Pretty sure it will also break when when we disassemble it.
Overall not satisfied with the product of creatiful.

I ordered the magic fort, and it came speedily, but when it arrived it was very tiny compared to the images, and very flimsy and poor quality. There was no reply to my emails asking to return it for a refund and I later noticed that they don't offer refunds on sale item (all their items!!) On closer inspection, although the website appears very legitimate at first, the photos of the fort building set were taken from other companies and were not even all of the same brand of fort building kit. I wish I had been more wary! A waste of $100!! I only gave 2 stars because they did send me a product, and quickly. It just was of exceptionally low quality.

I is small and bad quality. Difficult to receive the order as they did not pass my phone number on to dao - it took me weeks to locate the package. They do not reply my mails and their telephone number does not work. Don’t buy!!!
If you can find the original version of the product I am sure it is amazing!

This is by far, The worst company i ever ordered anything from! They represent themselves as an US website, but is not. You are ordering from some shop in freaking China, not knowing if it is childlabor or something Else that is very much illigal in Denmark. There is absolutely nothing indicating it is a chinese website, not even The web adress, and that is a giant red flag for me, and should be for every one! It was only When I looked at The track and trace i found out it was directly from China. So don't be fooled like i did! Get far away from creatiful, creatiful kids, and The other sites with creatiful in The name!
