Really the best platform out there for creating AI generated UGC videos for advertising products or services. Also got amazing support with the live chat feature, i wouldnt use any other platform with how they manage things.

I was charged for a subscription I didn’t intend to use and reached out the same day to request a refund. Despite explaining that I hadn’t used the service at all, the company refused to accommodate my request.

It’s disappointing to see a video editing software company put rigid policies over basic customer fairness. I understand policies exist for a reason, but any reputable business should be willing to make exceptions when a charge is clearly unused and the request is made immediately.

I won’t be using or recommending this software again — there are plenty of competitors that value their customers and stand behind their product with better service.

Lip Syncing is really bad , don't use

I think (imho) this is the best app/software out there right now that creates STUNNING and very realistic AI UGC content. (That's what I got it for.) It's super fast, you have SO many ways to customize your videos, and it's super fun!

Absolutely love Creatify! It makes creating UGC videos so easy and fun. I can generate tons of different creatives in just a few minutes. One thing I really like is that you only pay once and then you can use a bunch of different AI models inside, so you’re not constantly paying extra. It’s great for content creators and marketers - saves a ton of time, gives you lots of variety, and the results look professional. Highly recommend it!

This tool is very intuitive and the interface is pleasant to use and navigate. I don't like dealing with influencers/ugc creators so this solves a big problem I had. I don't like writing in general, so the Creatify AI script creator, based on your page url is very convenient and the output is really good. It's not some gimmick, it's really useful and writes good ad copy. The final video ad looks good and you can make it look even better thanks to the great editor. I hope they keep improving the editor. Even though it's already really good and intuitive, this can always be improved to be as use. I was also happy to see that the french voices are really good and don't sound robotic. I do hope they add even more french voices to give us more choice. In general this software has improved a lot since I tried it a year ago. I hope they keep improving even more

Customer service is great! Very quick to respond and very helpful. Great pricing for creating ads and fun videos 10/10 would reccommend

New to creatify and to be honest I could not recommend.
The app continued to time out and failed to generate anything.
Comparing this to the ease of using AI creative I would not recommend.
