UPDATE:
The response below was to be expected and compounds the arrogance.
The user was fine, the product was not.
And don't take my word for it - the credit card company reviewed all the papers and the company's 'defence' and agreed the goods were not of satisfactory quality with no hesitation.
What a poor economic decision to spend so much management time on a product that probably cost you less than a coffee.
Perhaps now you might now admit you were wrong and publicly say sorry for what you said below...? I doubt it.

Lighting - Would not buy from this company again
I Would not buy from this company again.
It had a faulty bulb and soon as I bought the item it went on sale.
I did email to ask if they take into account that I had jut bough the item a couple of days before. Instead I received quite an abrupt email.
I just wouldn’t use them again.

Long delivery
The company name suggests the goods would be coming from the U.K. However, it turns out they come from Italy. I have now been waiting 10 days for the items to arrive. No idea when they might arrive? This is dissapointing.

Incorrect delivery
I ordered 3 chrome tubes and when the delivery came there was only one. Even though the delivery note enclosed said Qty 3. I have emailed them so hopefully they will send the missing items to me. Other than that the product itself was good

Poor service from delivery company used
The goods I received were fine. However I am far from impressed by the delivery company they used (FedEx). I received a series of scheduled delivery times over a period of 4 days, non of which were met, before the parcel was eventual delivered 3 hours later than stated on the most recent notification.

My order has been marked and communicated as "Delivered" two days ago, both by Creative Cables and FedEx. FedEx tracking states "Photographic" evidence of delivery. This evidence is not available to me via tracking! FedEx Customer Service investigated and informed me it was left in a waste bin!

Originally told delivery would be 3-4 days needed the items for a job didn’t arrive until 3 days after delivery date. items don’t look particularly good quality compared to other items i have bought cheaper and other items were free postage . Disappointed
