Ollie at Creative Blinds and Shutters is a great person to deal with. He'd provided shutters for us a few years ago and he's friendly, polite, very knowledgeable and punctual. The shutters were delivered a little ahead of schedule and he fitted them last week.

We recently purchased shutters for nine windows, including two bay windows, a glass door blind, and shutters to conceal our washing machine and dryer. He personally took precise measurements, ensured everything was made to measure and perfectly installed, and went above and beyond to remove all curtain rods, patch up the walls, and dispose of them. While I was initially skeptical about the blinds for the glass door, we trusted in him, and were pleasantly surprised—it is of very high quality, featuring a secure locking mechanism at the bottom and smooth, controlled retraction with dual side strings.

Outstanding every step of the way. Ollie's professionalism, knowledge, and skills are excellent. My shutters are good quality without being over priced. Love them. I have used this company twice and both times been impressed by every stage and more than satisfied. No hesitation in highly recommending.

My living room window is nearly 10 feet wide. I wanted a blackout blind so the sun would not fade the furniture. Maz arrived when he said he would. He measured the window and I chose the blind material. I also said I wanted a pelmet. Maz said this wasn't a problem and he would finish the pelmet with the blind material.
When the blinds came they were fine. The pelmet was covered in the same material as the blinds but is wasn't deep enough. Maz agreed and said he wasn't happy with the way the pelmet looked. Whilst in my house, he phoned someone asking for a deeper pelmet. He said this would be done in a week.
True to his word, six days later he brought the new pelmet. Fantastic! It looks absolutely brilliant, I cannot see the runners at the top, I turn the blinds to block out the sun.

Maz fitted the blind himself, he is so pleasant and respectful. What professional. I am so pleased, I have already passed his details onto colleagues at work.
