Overall very pleased and satisfied!

We needed quite a bit of handholding especially as we were totally restricting our website, and we got it! Carla listens to what we are looking for from our website and really captures the look and feel that we are going for. Plus she gives constructive feedback as to design, layout and functionality. Work product is excellent. Only small negative is that occasionally response time is a bit slower than what we’d like. Overall very pleased and satisfied.
