Abhorrent customer service
I have been a client at creative for 7 years.
On the rare occasion when a contractor neglects to arrange a pass prior, they had corrected the record.
They now issued 2x PCN to one of my contractors, and 4x to another and refuse to engage with me or my contractor.
Whilst admitting that PCN are handled within the firm they claim there is nothing that they can do.
Stay away from them unless you want contractors to refuse your work...

Honestly had a good experience with this company. They’ve been managing the car park at the building I look after for years and overall it’s been very smooth. Communication has generally been clear and any changes have been handled professionally.Recently there were some updates made on site early in the morning to minimise disruption, which we appreciated, and the signage and equipment were dealt with efficiently. We were kept informed by email and things were explained once we spoke, so there was no confusion in the end.

We have a car park with over 90 spaces…
We have a car park with over 90 spaces in a retail shopping center. illegal and nuisance parking had stopped with people not using it to use the station and parking for the whole day, which was costing us money and angry customers who could not find parking. Creative got everything ready within 6 weeks and we have noticed the cars abusing our car park has dropped a lot. Very happy!
Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor. We are a charity run community theatre and occasionally our elderly patrons do not enter their registration details. Up to now we have been able to cancel genuine fines, 8 per month. The company have suddenly removed this service, after 15 months, saying it was an act of goodwill!!! This will impact heavily on us being to offer our goodwill and I can only see us losing valuable patrons. It came to a head when someone was 3 minutes over the drop off time when they were dealing with a disabled passenger! The company are now quoting the agreement which I am now seeking legal advice, pro bono fortunately. This company hides behind small print. Also, they start each email with 'I hope you are well'.....Seriously avoid using this company folks unless you are happy and get legal advice about the agreement.

My son was given a parking fine after parking in his place of work and being registered to park there on the system. He sent an appeal along with numerous phonecalls from is place of work telling Creative car parks to cancel this as it is a mistake. Creative care parks have chosen to ignore this and pass it on to an enforcement company. Absolutely bizarre as they were told by the company they are employed by to cancel the fine. Not once but numerous times, their employees can park for as long as they need whilst on shift. My son is now receiving harassing letters from the enforcement company. Currently we are unable to progress to POPLA as this company are refusing to send a 10 digit code. They are ignoring my emails and I am unable to find a phone number that actually works. Disgusting company who are clearly in the wrong- this is your mistake!!

Dreadful company, ignore genuine appeals
I received a PCN for parking at Fulwood Leisure Center while attending a swimming session.
I submitted an appeal via their website on the same day with supporting evidence that I was a paying customer attending a session there.
For this reason I fully expected my appeal to be successful and the PCN cancelled.
I received an automatic reply stating that my appeal had been submitted successfully and that I should receive a reply within 28 days.
In the Appeals section on their letter it states:
"If your appeal to us is unsuccessful we will send you the contact details and unique reference code for Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA) which, if you wish, will determine your appeal independently".
I not receive any response regarding the status of my appeal instead I received a letter increasing the fine from £60 to £100. There was nothing in the letter telling me the status of my appeal or on what grounds it had not been granted, or a reference number for POPLA.
There is no way to contact this company. Clicking on the "Contact" tab on their website links straight to "Pay ticket".
Looking at reviews on their website they give an email address for people to contact: office@creativecarpark .co.uk. So, I tried emailing. Again they completely ignored me.

I am writing to formally dispute the Parking Charge Notice issued in relation to an alleged stay on 30/11/2025.
1. No Breach Occurred
Your correspondence states that the vehicle remained on site for 13 minutes. However, your own website and signage clearly state that 15 minutes is permitted. As such, no breach of terms occurred and the charge is invalid.
2. Failure to Comply with Protection of Freedoms Act 2012
The Notice to Keeper was received on 20/01/2026, over 50 days after the alleged event. This is well outside the statutory timeframe permitted under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. You therefore have no lawful basis to pursue the registered keeper.
3. Unfair Escalation of Charge
While attempting to appeal the charge, I encountered a lack of adequate support and was unable to submit a proper appeal. Despite this, the charge was increased from £100 to £140, which is unreasonable and contrary to accepted parking industry practice.
4. Breach of Consumer Protection and BPA Code of Practice
Your actions appear to breach:
The BPA Code of Practice regarding grace periods and appeals
The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
Required Resolution
I now require the following:
Immediate cancellation of this Parking Charge Notice
Written confirmation that no further action will be taken
A refund of any sums paid (if applicable)
If this matter is not resolved within 14 days, I will escalate the complaint to:
POPLA / IPC (as applicable)
The DVLA (for misuse of keeper data)
Trading Standards
Legal action without further notice
I trust this matter can be resolved promptly.
The customer service is appalling
The customer service is appalling. I have been trying to have a genuine customer's fine overturned, but they have refused, despite it being our own private car park. Numerous staff members (myself included) have had multiple fines which we have had to threaten to withdraw our business if they are not withdrawn. Our camera is currently off as we are in dispute with them... I am hoping that we may get their attention by doing so!

The aim this year was to get most of my Christmas shopping done in one go at Thurmaston shopping centre. I thought, ‘The car parking is free there and it’s relatively small so it’ll be easy to return to the car to load it up as I go from shop to shop’. I didn’t know there was a 4 hour limit. What a disappointment to receive a £60 fine and then to find the appeal categories do not include: ‘I was a genuine shopper and have receipts to prove it’.

Professional operators, my parking problem solved
Creative Car Park took management of my car park just last month and I’ve already seen a real drop in the number of random vehicles taking up spaces for hours, even days.
The whole installation was quick and painless. When there was an issue with the technology, they were quick to fix (done remotely). Everything has been great, highly recommended.

Very Unhappy Potential New Customer
I have been trying to arrange an installation since early July this year. They were very quick to get in touch to arrange the new business by since then, every time I call this company for an installation, I get fobbed off with being told someone will call you back - they never do. I called again this morning & was given a promise that someone would get back to me today - I'm not holding my breath!!!

Happy they got rid of non customers!
We’ve been using Creative for about two years now and it’s honestly been a game changer. Before, our car park was full of people who weren’t even customers, but since Creative took over that’s completely stopped. Now our actual paying customers can get spaces without a problem. Really happy with the service. Best thhing is that it did not cost us anything. they set up the apr cameras and i have no costs at all. 5 star!

They have been managing the carpark at the buidling I manage for years. Suddenly this morning they sneaked in at 7 am when they know te
he managers would not be around and removed the camera and all the signs.
They claim to have sent an e mail but that did not happen.
They have now left this building ( at the seaside? with an unmanaged car park at the height of the holiday season.
DISGUSTING company. DO NOT USE THEM
