I wish I could pick no stars but it wouldn’t let me. This company is an absolute scam. Young, rude group of uni students that got up one day and decided to ‘start a business’. Gabby the founder is rude and won’t return calls or emails. Staff don’t hang around and they will try and rip you off at every angle. Got to give it to them for giving ‘life’ ago but they need to learn the fundamentals of business. They can’t manage or make money. Talk the talk but can’t walk the walk. Don’t be tempted by their description of ‘international’ business and ‘offices around the world’ as it’s literally them going on holidays and remotely attempting to run the business at the same time. Read all the reviews you can before dealing with them otherwise you are wasting your hard earned cash. Save your money and I hope this atleast this review will stop some from dealing with them.

They stole a video of mine from my Tiktok page and use this video as an ad to promote their business. Thieves - Do NOT trust.

WHERE DID MY COURSE GO??

I hate leaving bad reviews. Honestly. I bought the Creative Converters Marketing course which is not cheap, for our business. I’ve been trying for MONTHS to get a response. The course has simply vanished? I paid a significant amount of money for a lifetime course to learn how to market in CC’s “groundbreaking” way. To me this is just theft to be honest. I need someone to contact me at thresholdtactical at gmail.com - I want a refund or I’m making an ACCC complaint. How can you guys just make a course then delete it ?? Please fix this ASAP! It’s embarrassing - I was contacted by Noah earlier this year and told I’d be getting a refund. To date nothing. So this is what I’m forced to write. I hate being this person that leaves bad reviews but I’ve emailed, called, over and over. I’ve emailed Gabrielle and it just bounces back. Please fix this guys - I want my hard earned money back my contact is above.

PS I’m not the only one that’s angry about this missing course!

I have to say, dealing with this agency has been the worst experience I've ever had. It all started with their co-founder/salesman who got me interested, but then I made the mistake of paying the full amount upfront, which left me with no control or leverage.

After that, I had a meeting with their team who showed me a fantastic storyboard for my videos. I sent my products to their creators, but when the videos came back a few months later, they looked nothing like what I had been promised. Instead, they looked like something you'd find on a low-budget UGC app that cost $100, but I had paid $1500 for them.

To make matters worse, the agency had no idea how to sell products. They focused on clips of my products, instead of showcasing their benefits or before & afters. I ended up spending over $20,000 on videos that I could have easily done for $1000 on that UGC app. Out of the 13 videos I received, only 5 were decent enough to post on social media.

When I complained to my 'account manager,' she ignored me. The agency even submitted finished work without informing me and then claimed I hadn't asked for revisions within the allocated time. It felt like they knew they had done a terrible job, and they just wanted to get rid of me.

Overall, my experience with this agency was disgusting, and I regret using them. I strongly advise against anyone else using their services.

I just finished my round of ads with creative converters. I engaged them prior to Black Friday to get some ads up for the sales weekend. From onboarding to being emailed the ads in their final link it was all straightforward, easy and a happy experience.

I had regular contact with my account manager, talent manager and social media manager who kept me in the loop with how things were going along the way.

The ads themselves returned an increase of sales and customers over the crazy BF/CM weekend so I’m a happy gal!

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, when I’m due for more ads I’ll be happy to return and work with the team again.

I had a terrible experience with these guys. They are quick to hype you up on the initial call & make promises that they can't keep.

I was promised American creators but ended up getting Australian creators. I was also promised 4 week lead times but it ended up being a 12 week lead time.

Let's talk results which is the most important thing;

Absolutely no ROI on the videos I used from them. Not even a single sale. The videos were bland, dry & boring. The average watch time was 3 seconds, the CTR was below 1%, overall not engaging. I ended up going on BILLO, paying $80, writing out my own scripts & received MUCH BETTER RESULTS.

Also, their customer service needs major improvement as they don't respond to your emails and if they do its 5 days later.

I genuinely wouldn't recommend them & there are much better agencies out there.

I came to Creative Converters after having a not so great experience with another UGC agency. From the first call with Nick I knew these guys knew what they were talking about. I was assigned to my account manager who had multiple calls with me and worked through all my ideas. She was patient and had ideas to elevate my own. Only small negative was that the content delivery was slightly overdue, but I could tell they had put time and effort into getting it right which I appreciated. I had a couple of small revisions which were actioned and now the ads are currently running across the social platforms. Even with Facebook and iOS making things harder with paid media (so annoying fellow e-commerce owners will get me) I have noticed the creative converters ads are performing better than my old ads which I’m happy about! Will go back for more ads, try these guys out 👍

Great experience working with Creative Converters. I gave them a concept and they were on top of it from day 1. They understood my ideas and needs from the start, and gave me suggestions to make it better. I had shipping delays which affected filming, which was no problem. I needed some adjustments to my ads, no problem. In fact they even made extra ads that l hadn’t asked for! I’ll definitely be going back to Creative Converters when l need another round of fresh ads.

I have been working with Creative Converters for around 8 months now. I started with a once off package, I thought I would dabble in UGC and see if it worked for my brand, if it worked great, if not at least I gave it a crack.

I found the whole process so simple. I was assigned an account manager who kept me in the loop throughout the journey (I am still working with the same account manager 8 months later, she’s like an extra member of my team!)the creators matched my customers, the ads were fun & on brand and I see great engagement and return when I run them.

When the ads start to fatigue I touch base with my account manager and we start a new round of ads to keep my ads manager fresh with new creatives. In the next month or so I will begin round 3 of ads with Creative Converters, I’m excited for what new creators and ideas the team come up with!

What a breath of fresh air it was to work with this agency. I was hesitant to outsource content and work with another agency due to previous experiences. However, Creative Converters exceeded my expectations. I throughly enjoyed going through the process with my dedicated team and the end results was something better than anything I could produce on my own. My ads are live and their off to a great start. Thanks Team. Will be back.

These guys are great! I had issues with delays of products being shipped from my overseas supplier, it caused many many headaches at my end but the team at creative converters were so helpful and accomodating of my timeline. Every staff member I dealt with were down to earth and friendly, we kept in contact throughout my shipping delays and the team leapt into action once my stock landed in aus. The creators were on standby to film as soon as their product was delivered and they were able to complete filming in days which was great! The finished ads are awesome, they tell a story, they are engaging and relatable. Having the ad variations is super helpful for working out the angles that work with your customer demographic and what your customers are relating to. My ads are doing well and I’m going back for round 2 in the new year now that I have tested the different styles and variations of ads and know what content is getting customers onto my site and purchasing! Looking forward to January to work with the creative converters team again!

This is my first time using this company but I must say they have been right on top of all tasks very efficiently,professionally and so friendly. Everyone has been a delight to work with with so much ease. I am loving all their knowledge, expertise and the models were great. Would highly recommend to any business brand to go with Creative Converters

I have been working with the Creative Converters team for months now and keep coming back because they make the best content! The team is amazing throughout the whole process, they really listened to what I wanted for my brand and made it happen. Best part is there ads performed much better than my content.

Great team to work with. They were flexible with what we were looking for and created highly engaging and effective content. It's been working great on social for us. Good value service too!

Received my creatives within weeks. Tested it out for my brand & it's doing very well. They know what they're doing & any e-commerce brand owners should trythem out.

Completely disastisfied with the content we received.

First, they mistakenly sent us addresses from female models to ship the product after having us fill a big typeform where we clearly specified that our target customer was male. We spent a full day filling this form as precisely as possible with all the information we have from our customers so they could do a good job finding proper models. It was just ignored.

Anybody can have a mistake and they fixed this by sending us the address from male models after that.

And all would be ok, but then we received the content.

All models were the opposite of engaging and couldn't express the value props of our product properly.

We couldn't even use the content because real UGC we had from our customers, was better and more engaging than this.

We told them that we were not satisfied with the content we received and they ignored us for two weeks.

Got a reply after I followed up letting us know that they couldn't provide new content.

Worst experience we had with a content agency.

Save your money and pay your customers to generate content, they will probably do a better job.
