I am highly disappointed the Doll I received look nothing like a real baby it looked like a baby doll from the dollar store the baby didn’t look like the images on the website I tried to contact them the email address on the website it’s not a real email address when I tried to send my complaints Gmail said it was a third party email

How does this seller sleep at night knowing they are causing so much disappointment to young children?!. The newborn doll cost AUD60 but looks like a $5 doll from the Reject Shop ☹️

I wish I would of read the reviews before making a purchase. My great niece got on the honor roll so I let her pick out the special newborn doll she wanted for working so hard. We had to wait almost a month for it to arrive and was so disappointed. She cried. The doll they sent was a cheap looking $5 baby doll that you can find in any dollar store. They refuse to give you a full refund and want you to pay the shipping cost to return the doll. The doll was not even the length of the description. I wish I could attach pictures of the doll we actually ordered and the cheap one they sent. It was a horrible experience. After several days of correspondence back and forth with several people, I was able to get 1/2 of my cost returned to me. I will be turning them into the BBB as well. Buyers just be aware!
I am adding to my review. The company responds the same to everyone. They will not give a full refund nor make things right. They will also make you pay the shipping cost to return the cheap doll they have sent to all their customers. This company is a scam.

My daughter spent her allowance she saved up ($100) to purchase a reborn doll. It took 4 weeks to get here, and tracking never even updated.
Once it got here, the doll was opened and my daughter just cried. This isnt even the doll she ordered. Like not even close. The first photo shows what she ordered, second and third what she got.
It doesnt even have the silicone belly. The fact that this company can even do this is insane to me.
I hope the people behind this get locked away! Do not spend your money here!!!

Ordered an avatar silicone baby and I got a hard plastic knock off that looks like something I could have easily made. This is a joke. Do not order anything from this website. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. They are located in China.

Very heart broken, the doll looked nothing like the one I ordered!!!! You can see rooted hair no eyelashes or eyebrows no shading on body and when you squeeze her cheeks her mouth dose not open to show her little tongue like the one I wanted. I ordered Aaralyn she is so cute and adorable only 5”long. I would send her back but it took the one awhile to get here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!! If I could leave a review without giving a star I would have. The dolls look like they came from china and for what they charge it’s a scam for a poor made product!!! Buyer beware, I wish I could find the real maker of the doll I ordered I look at her picture all the time and would have paid even 100.00 for the real thing. But needless to say never again.

I ordered and failed to check reviews beforehand. I, like the others on here ordered a doll for my daughter and it looked nothing like what was advertised. Hard plastic, incomparable to product images on the website. I have been emailing with the company for almost a week, I asked for a full refund because the item was misrepresented, not what I ordered and I would return what they sent me. They provided me with an Offer of $20 when I paid $142 and gave me a return address in China, see below. When I refused and stated I required a full refund they stopped responding and the service email addresses they were writing to me from have now been deleted (getting postmaster failure bounce backs).

Please do not purchase from here. I can only assume anything positive on here is from the company itself.

I’ll start by saying that this company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review and if I could have rated it a 0 then I would have. Too bad we can’t sue this company for false advertisement cuz I most definitely would in a sec. I also wish that I could upload a picture of the baby and then a picture of the thing that I was sent. I can’t even call what I was sent a silicone or reborn baby doll because it looks more like an alien than a baby doll. For anyone out there that is thinking about ordering from this company I’m warning u PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THIS WEBSITE!! This company and website are a complete joke and they should not only be ashamed of the aliens that they are sending out to to people that order these extremely cute and very life like babies, but they should be very embarrassed by the crappy looking silicone or reborn wanna be babies they actually send to people!! I knew better and I wish that I would have listened to my guy and not order from this joke of a company, but I went ahead and against my better judgement I ordered what my daughter wanted. I got the baby a few days ago and I have yet to even tell my daughter that she has arrived because she is going to be extremely heartbroken by what she got. The baby I was sent looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered! Not even close!! The alien I was sent has a head that’s twice the size of the one I ordered, the facial features are nothing alike, the clothes are horrible looking and look very cheap, the hands looks like hands of a monster they are so huge, and he hair is not even close and the main thing is it’s plastic, it’s not even a silicone or reborn baby doll it’s some cheap plastic they have used!!! I’m very upset and disappointed by this company and this website and they are getting away with doing this. And that is not fair to the customers that are ordering a particular baby based on a photo that they have on their website and when u get it is nothing even remotely close to what u ordered. There is no number for u to call so u can call and tell them about what u got, u can only send an email and if u get a response from them, consider yourself lucky. There is no where to print a return label to send the alien back to them and they will not refund u your money. Oh they will tell u they are going to refund it or they will offer u $15 or $20, but u will never see that either! So now my daughter doesn’t have the baby she had her heart set on and I’m out like almost $80.00 or more!! So please anyone out there looking to buy from this website or company PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. U will be very upset and extremely disappointed with what u get and it won’t be anything like what u ordered! So don’t buy from these people it is a huge mistake, a rip off, and a scam!!

I ordered a doll for a mother who had lost a baby at birth. The doll I received was not the one pictured, not soft, had a Christmas card with it and was the type I could have picked up from the Dollar Store. They asked for pictures and more information. They offered $15 and $20 and I keep the doll. I declined. I paid $33 and $13 shipping. They said they had to fight for the $20. This is a scam. Don't buy here. There is no phone number and they keep putting me off.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my items. Customer service was ok. But excuses are excuses are when it says up to 15 business days I expect that to be the longest it takes. I did get a $15 off but that is still no consultation to how long I have been waiting. Honestly if you want good shipping and good dolls just fo to Ashton drakes website.

I wish I could add pictures of what I ordered and what I got ! Such a horrible website. False advertising. My dolls look like I got them from family dollar.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star! Ordered a reborn doll for my neice (1st pic) but I got this doll (2nd pic)....there is no comparison! How is this company even still in business? Told me the doll I received is the same doll made with the same face kit but since it is hand made (joke) there would be some differences! Differences.....I can pic this baby up ay Wal-Mart and she would even come with accessories. The doll I got came with a Merry Christmas note and a Santa hat....are you kidding me! Offered to give me 10% back. I want the baby I ordered or a full refund! Absolutely pathetic!!!

Like other people I should have read the reviews prior to making my purchase I am still waiting for my order as well and after I read these reviews I believe I'm going to go ahead and cancel my payment.

I ordered a doll from this website it was my first time and I was waiting on it and some told me to come look at the reviews and now I’m scared I done prayed at least 3 or 4 times that I get the right doll lord please I done spent over $100 some dollars on this doll I pray I get every thing that looks like it was on the website in Jesus name lord in Jesus name Amen🙏🏾.

They or a rip off after the money clears you or your order is put on the back burner. U can't get in touch with anyone sometimes through e mail. But to my understanding they're not in the US my doll came from Hong Kong through customs delays etc after getting the doll it wasn't what I thought it would be I was disappointed ask to returned it neededa shipping label its nowhere to return they weren't listing to that.cut off contact wouldn't be available poor customers service or non.
I'LL Never buy or recommend that company to anybody.

Ordered a twin set for my daughter who has been over the moon about these dolls. After checking reviews and how long it’s been since we ordered.. I don’t think we will even get a dollar tree baby.

I ordered a doll for my grand daughter. ($100) What I received was not what was described. It was a hard plastic, not soft vinyl. When i asked for returning instructions I was asked questions on a couple of different occasions. I finally gave up and sent the doll back at my expense. The lady that I tried to work with, Lilian is now acting like She has no idea of what doll I am talking about. There was no packing slip, no return instructions, only an address on the package. Lessen learned!!!

The whole site is a fraud. You order this beautiful baby they display online and receive a dollar store baby. Looks nothing like that they advertise! This was suppose to be a birthday gift for my daughter and they ruined it! And then they will only refund me 10%. That’s if they do cause I’m still waiting.

All I what is to get this company out of business who is with me there is something we can do so no other kids are sad what a joke this company
