Poor customer service

Do not buy from this company! My ruler that I ordered through Amazon arrived damaged. Amazon said I needed to go through them to get a replacement. It has been months and while they initially responded to my emails, a replacement has never been sent even though they promised one would be. Now they are not responding to my emails at all. Save your frustration and order from someone else who will provide better customer service.

Items received within a few days well…

Items received within a few days well packed and exactly what I ordered. I got an email to confirm the order but nothing more till the order arrived. Communications not good could be much better

poor customer service

I placed an order by phone because I was unable to access the internet at the time,the gentleman I dealt with had trouble processing my order and unfortunately I was billed three times for these rulers, I rang the next day and the person I spoke to was very dismissive of my problems blaming my bank, I then received my order which was wrong! when I phoned to explain this error, I had to speak to two members of staff who both tried to blame me for the mistake, and both were extremely rude,
When I tried to put my complaint forward, I was told to "Draw a line under it!" and next time use the internet codes when ordering and then I was very quickly dismissed, I am sure this is not the best way to treat customers, and as an avid quilter who has a lot of quilting friends this surely cannot be good business, I do not usually write reviews but in this case felt I had to as the experience has left me very frustrated and angry.
