I don’t recommend their business…

I don’t recommend their business accounts. You can’t make a tax transfer in the currency of your choice through the app or online banking, you have to call an advisor. When their system breaks down, you may be unable to pay your taxes on time and risk penalties. In my case, the issue has been ongoing for two days and is still not resolved. I received little to no help from the branch or the hotline, and their IT helpdesk has been slow and unhelpful.

Do not use these cash machines! They overcharge!

I used one of their cash machines in Cagnes sur Mer to get 400 EUR cash. At the time the machine did not present us with any extra charge, after reviewing the online bank statement we realised they charged us 18 EUR!! for the taking cash from their cash machine. Shame on you!

Melanie helps us yet again!

We visited the bank again this week, to confirm some things, and to (again) thank Ms Melanie Raoux, for all of her help with a couple things. First, one of our bank cards was compromised a few weeks ago, to the tune of about 2,300 Euros. Part of the issue, was that I mistakenly gave the scammers enough info, before I realized it was a scam, that it was partially my fault, However, Melanie pleaded our case with upper management, and we were refunded 70% of the total, which was an expensive lesson learned, but at least we didn't lose it all.
Melanie also helped guide us through setting up a couple investment accounts, which will be Much better than leaving the funds in a regular savings account.
Melanie has been amazing, professional and quite a pleasure to deal with in the 1+ years we. have worked with her.
