I contacted my bank and they advised my details had been sold. I have tried contacting them to have this refunded but no response at all. I've never heard of this company and it's honestly disgusting that I cannot get a refund. Its close to Christmas and there is a living crisis. It may be just £20 but that can go toward my living expenses and now short of funds. They say they'll get back to you within 2 working days, but absolutely nothing. Disgusting and shocking behaviour.

More organised than the Mafia !
Avoid these crooks at all costs. Obtained money through deception and have been reported to my bank, they are after more money and pray on vulnerable people.
They will spout their standard pre typed response for that I am sure.

Con, spam, abusing disabled personal
Didn’t want free trial but had to have it. Tried several times to cancel, but couldn’t, even tried blocking them from taking payment from me, yet somehow they managed to and now it’s impossible to get hold of anyone about my refund! I’ve had to change bank cards and open new account, I’m utterly and totally disgusted by their service. I’m disabled and they’ve caused my mental health and anxiety to become a major negative factor for me and my health! Reported to police now

SCAM
As also stated from other people. I read that you CAN sign up for the subscription but did not accept that. However I went ahead with the loan I was "provisionally accepted" for and they just needed 9p to confirm my bank account was real for payments back to them.
Then to be told I haven't been accepted for the loan, check my bank they've taken the subscription amount of £19.99. Then in messages telling me I won't get refunded because I must have accepted the subscription when I made sure I purposely avoided signing up for that !! I didn't even have an account to message them I had to set up a password so how can I have created an account and subscription???
I am desperate for money due to a misunderstanding with my wages and now they've taken my last 20 pounds.

I am lucky that I read these reviews…
I am lucky that I read these reviews before submitting my application as they absolutely DO NOT make it clear at any point that they are also going to charge me £19.99 on top of the 9p.I found it weird that you would be asking for my full bank account including card number and security code before even agreeing to give me a loan as I have a loan before that only required my account number and sort code so idk if you was planning on selling my card details or something as well? Hope your company goes under soon you absolute snakes.Look forward to my copy and paste reply :)

Same as many reviews
Same as many reviews. I did not sign up for any 19.99 service but they deemed to try to take the money from my bank. Ha Ha scumbags I had froze my card to online and remote shopping and transactions !! Highly illegal what they try to do. Take 9P then take a monthly fee that you do not sign up for BE AWARE

Just an absolute rip off
Just an absolute rip off, they openly transparently say we will charge 9p then hide the fact it will also cost a further £19.99. I was desperate enough to look at this and they have emptied my account, my kids have gone to school unfed this morning. Total rip off of a company that I will be reporting to the financial ombudsman. They are basically loan sharks but without the abiblity to loan

Then I get charged £19.99 for a service I will never use I contacted them twice about a refund and heard nothing I closed account and contacted my bank and got a refund only now to find out my bank has reversed the process and gave them my money back a complete scam.
