Credit Cupid is trying to take money out of my account when I have nothing to do with them !! I was trying to apply for a small loan this popped up and thought it was Orr of the process, now seeing they’re trying to take money from me !! I know nothing about them and they don’t have a proper costumer service to contact them

If you need to contact this company due to being scammed into a subscription service.?.
Contact your bank and raise a dispute case. Then e-mail the above email address with your details etc (couldn't do the @ email as this site does not allow email addresses, so replace the "at" with a "@", with no spaces) and they should reply and close your account and refund you the amount taken.
This whole experience has taken me hours, mainly to find out the right company to contact and locate an e-mail address due to them having no contact number. Good luck and I hope everyone finds this useful 🙂.

A scam company, After checking their terms and conditions all they offer is credit reporting and I didn’t even go though with it. This is all hidden away and you'll think you’re giving them your bank details for "verification" however you're signing up to a subscription with no idea so it’s fraud. Which I will be speaking to someone about, there's so many of these companies now.. Always read the terms and conditions. Taken £35 away from me today absolutely disgusting

Never heard of this company never gave them permission to take money from my bank account wasted half my day trying to find how to contact them you have to go on the desktop site of their website scroll to the bottom and "contact us" even had an email back to say as " A GOOD WILL GESTURE" they were reversing my charge did have to laugh to myself avoid like the plague.

How do you cancel subscription. Thought it was for a loan but it’s not!

when they asked for my account # so they can take a dollar and charge me for services i never asked for , that was a red flag to me

Offers you a loan saying 500 available now within the hour you sign up for 29.99 a month, for them to send you loan offers lol complete con, they don't actually lend money just take yours. Stay away loads of these scam companies targeting the poor and low paid workers

It's a scam you dint get a loan it keeps referring you to more brokers. Then they continue to take money the unsuscribe email doesn't work also

The email address they tell you to email to unsubscribe is wrong and cannot receive mail. Dirty little trick for them to continue taking money from people.
