Needed extra cash for an emergency flight I had to take last month. I paid it completely off in under a month. eventually had to pay some sort of fee for the advance but got my money in less than an hour. I had see a lot of messages here regarding one star but I guess these people where inpatient and were never even approved. I would use them again if I had an emergency.

I applied for a $300.00 loan with this company. The status was “pending”, but there’s second I verified my bank via the bank’s website, the status said “withdrawn”. I went ahead and contacted my bank to let them know. Thankfully, as a security measure, only in-person withdrawals will go through without being flagged for fraud. This is insane! Beware, this company is a SCAM!

STAY AWAY! SCAM. They will try to steal your personal information.

Received a voicemail from this company. Approved for a loan. The strangest thing was I couldn’t understand in the voicemail what the name of the business was so I called to see and as soon as I asked what the name of the company was the agent on the line went silent and refused to answer. I just needed to know who I was dealing with so I could check reviews before accepting a loan with them. Thank Gosh I did because these reviews are awful! Their customer service is awful as well. If that’s what I would have to deal with, no thank you. Are they so ashamed of their business practices they can’t even tell a caller what the business name is?

I recently had unfavorable experience with crediterium. I had emailed them on November 21st didn't get a response back. I ended up calling them to reschedule my upcoming paying for December 2nd. The representative advise me she could move my schedule payment from 2nd to 20th. I told her that I had changed jobs wouldn't receive 1st check until the 20th. She told me she could not. So I asked her to stop my ach debt.She advised me that she would. I look at my account today. The payment has gone through.

Very dissatisfied. They approved me for alone and I signed documents and they told me I would get them the same day, next day I called back and they said my account number was wrong. Didn’t get funds again. Thursday day they said sorry account number was typed in wrong again. Finally I called back the next day and they said sorry you shouldn’t have been approved it was our fault. I don’t care what type of situation you’re in, do not use this company. It will put you in a worst situation. They didn’t even attempt to make things right with me.

I had two loans with them got behind on the first mind you I paid them off then I received loan number two paid them off immediately they send emails, texts and calls to say hey come get another loan for us call them and said I was problematic I like with who when and where.. I honestly think that because they did not get all the interest off the second loan there like nope don't give her another loan. If I could give not stars I would of.
