1. Guy Pearson is calling himself a Manager of CreditEval Company, so posting review about his own company as if he is the customer does not contribute to building trust
2. Customer Experience: cancelled order shortly after placing, was promised refund within two weeks. No refund came as promised and they stopped responding until I disputed the transaction with the bank and filed BBB complaint. They translated my personal documents without ANY my permission/authorization and presented to the bank as if they processed the order. Totally untrustworthy vendor.

I requested to have my birth certificate translated from them and they did it in under 24 hours. great experience.
