Both Emma and Amy where prompt with there responses and happy to answer any questions I had.
Emma spoke clearly about the process and was happy to discuss splitting the payment for the work up to managable amounts.

Do it yourself for a lot less
Scammed over 3k to wipe a default needed to be done asap, said no worries it will take 30days only to find out 30 days later they had done nothing and then wiped the default myself by paying 2k to the debt collector personally, still waiting to receive the refund of money they took to do nothing but lie, would have given less stars if was possible. Poor poor form.

I found the service was great, especially with Hannah following up with me and ensuring there was a clear process in wiping my credit file. I felt reassured knowing I could reach out at any time.
At first, I felt a little blindsided through the process of clearing my credit file as it wasn’t exactly clear to me initially. However, whenever I asked questions, they were all answered very efficiently and I was given time to process everything properly.
There was never any pressure — instead, there was reassuring comfort in knowing they were there to support me when the time was right for me.
