Horrible definitely don't order from…

Horrible definitely don't order from this place. They state on their page they have so many happy satisfied customers world wide well I'm not one. Ordered a drift light up mask for my son for Halloween in early October. I downloaded their tracking app just like they said. Well the tracking claimed it was shipped on October 12 at 11 something at night, it's October 30 as I write this and still no mask yet I was promised 5-7 shipping. I emailed them several times on the 3rd email I received a message stating they had an issue in their logistics Dept and would try their best to have it here by Halloween or they would issue a refund. Well I have once again emailed them for the 3rd time this morning demanding my money back.

Do not order from this company!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company!!!!!!!! You will never get your product! We have been waiting for 2 weeks to get a Halloween mask even though there website states 3-5 day shipping. I emailed them 3 times. The first 2 times I got no response, the 3rd time I received an automated message stating a bunch of mumbojumbo and that if we do not receive our product by Halloween(5 days away) they will give us a full refund. They also have no phone number to contact anyone.
