Sent wrong item then threatening and ghosting
They sent me the wrong item, I returned it but they never sent the replacement. Angel Jimenez the customer service person refused to acknowledge any mistakes, refused to refund then they just ghosted me.

Bought an item and they sent the wrong thing! They don't respond to emails, etc. Beyond terrible customer service. They will never see another dime from me. Buyer beware. F-rating
The order was sent but never arrived. I spent hours tracking down what happend and contacted the shop multiple times to as them to start an enquiry, however owner was less than helpful.
Never received my product or my money back.
I would not reccomend this shop.
3 stars - products purchased were as expected, but $140USD walnut portafilter arrived with minor indentations. I contacted Crema and they responded quickly and offered to swap if I sent it back to them first. As I’m in Canada I asked that they send me a return label. Over two weeks later, still no reply.
They also sent an incorrect commercial invoice so I paid duty to UPS on double the actual value of goods I purchased. I asked Matt at Crema to help correct and connected them with UPS. I have sent two follow up emails in the past two weeks asking they complete the revised commercial invoice process as UPS instructed them, so that UPS could issue me a partial refund. Crema have ghosted.
I will update if anything changes but am disappointed. Overall I am quite happy with the quality of products but their customer service/responsiveness could be improved.
Horrible experience.
1. Products are expensive and not the expected quality:
- the protafiler I purchased was aluminium - a blasphemy for the price, it should be stainless steel if not brass
- the protafiler wouldn't fit with the Sage Dosing Funnel (this brand (Crema Coffee Products) is supposedly making accessories that to sepcifically fit Sage (also known as Breville depending on geography) coffee machines)
2. At the reception, I was required by the carrier to pay extra money (in addition to shipping already paid onlie) which was not mentioned no where during the ordering process...
3. Sent several complaints and emails to the company, only falling in deaf ears...
The Customer Service is horrible (at least you expect feedback and explanations), the quality is not good enough, and the prices are expensive (not to mention the extra customs fees surprise)
Avoid at all cost
Sent me empty package.sent emails many times no reply.scammers 100%
The product didn't work as intended, even though it was specifically made for what I purchased it for. I've sent numerous emails to inform the company about this but they just didn't answer. No money back, no nothing.
