Bought a Baratza Vario+ coffee grinder online from Cremashop.eu in Finland because I couldn't find one in France. The choice of equipment at Cremashop.eu is interesting, the prices are competitive and the delivery was swift, by GLS and not expensive. Happy with my purchase and would use Cremashop again.

Problem with my Sette Burr Grinder. I had a problem with my Sette 30 grinder and when I contacted Crema I got an immediate and supportive response. They asked for a description of the problem and some photos, which I supplied. They came back quickly and said they would replace the unit if I packed it carefully and robustly, which I did. They arranged all the logistics and pick up, and then sent me a replacement even before they received it for inspection. The whole matter was handled in a professional and seamless manner. I already buy my speciality coffee beans from Crema as they offer a great selection and value with prompt delivery. I am a very satisfied customer and this is the type and level of professional service we should get everywhere, promised by many but not often delivered.

Great experience so far. Even with pandemic order arrives quickly to Portugal where I live and shipping cost are ok. They have almost every tool that you would need to brew a great delicious coffee.

Ordered some Clipper cold water infusions that I couldn't find anywhere else. Delivered promptly, all good,very happy!

Excellent service. I was looking for my favourite flavour of Clipper green tea which is discontinued and out of stock in the UK. I was happy to find it online at Crema shop. The ordering and delivery was very quick and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Bought a Kinu M47 Classic & a Hario glass, was shipped within a day and took 4 days to get delivered in the Netherlands, from Finland. I think that is pretty fast and flawless!

The website also gives you the option to pay with iDeal. I'm definitely going to buy from this store again.

It took about a week to receive my order. I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of some items. The customer service was very helpful in finding a solution.

Great variety of products and usually at good prices, love that they carry spareparts for my Hario TCA-5. My only complain is that I find the shipping fee a bit expensive.
