Shoes supposedly new 10/10 condition but after receiving them there are visible heel drags , dirt on bottom of the Shoes, bleeding glue around midsole, stain spots in few places and even cut in leather so not recommended

Ordered a top online on Saturday from crep ordered next day delivery before 4pm costing a extra 11 pound.Sunday it didn't arrive so went on there site and noticed in very small print it does not include Sunday. Then Monday mid day. No sign of any notice of delivery so got in contact with them which was very hard as no phone.number on their wrebsite.finally around. 2 pm I found a email thing to get intouch.an hour later 3 pm they phoned me saying it was not coming and didn't have any of these tops available even though I had order.it on Saturday this is two days before Xmas and puts me in a situation not having a gift to give someone and istruggle to.get out with parkinsons di sease. To find something eles.Isuggest noone orders from the crep site as what you order might not be in stock especially if u relieing on it to be a gift i would give them 0 stars but give 1 because the person who called me did try.offerd me 10 percent of next order which ii found. Not good enough and a bit Off a insult. but did his best I suppose I repeat i wouldn't shop.here

Consigned a pair of trainers there. They didn’t sell (not at all blaming the team for that, it is what it is). When I collected the shoes there was damage to the box in the form of a big rip which wasn’t there when I gave them the shoes. May seem trivial to some but for a trainer company I’m sure they can appreciate that the condition off the box means a lot to some people. Attitude pretty much was, not really our problem don’t really care when I raised this. Wouldn’t deal with them again.

As soon as I heard Crep collection club were based in blue water I made time to visit the store and was very impressed with the layout, atmosphere and how friendly and approachable the staff were. I have purchased a few trainers from the crep collection club and pleased with the value for money, great knowledge and selection of trainers. I hope to see more crep collection club stores around the Uk.
