Love the crates!

I've bought the 12 pack awhile ago, and just purchased another 6 pack... but when I went to order a 2 pack it's telling me all of a sudden that it can't be shipped to me.. which is highly frustrating since I've already bought the 12 pack, had it delivered. Just purchased the 6 pack with no problems, and now when I try to order a 2 pack to complete what I have in shoes. It can't be shipped to me.. what so I gotta order atleast the 6 pack to have it delivered to me?? Pretty dumb! Otherwise, I love the boxes, they are great and I have plans to buy more! If they are able to be sent to me..

Very very good after-sales service

Very very good after-sales service, after receiving my damaged order from the delivery person. They immediately took steps to return the damaged products to me. you can order with complete peace of mind and in terms of product quality, it's really great. 1 star! Horrible!

For Christmas I was given the crep protect anti crease things, I put them on, and we also trimmed them correctly and it was an immidiate red flag. They hurt, but I shrugged it off they were comfy for a little then it hit me, they started to hurt so bad and were rubbing, keep in mind I was just sitting, I hadn’t done any running or sports at all. I took them off when I got home and I saw a red mark and a bump on my foot

Scam site it seems. Ordered weeks ago like others to no avail. No tedpinse from crep despite three emails. No actually be tracking on Royal Mail either. Rotten thing to do at Xmas.

I ordered the 28th of September and…

I ordered the 28th of September and have still not received my order. The Royal Mail tracking link says they are still waiting for crep protect to send the order. I tried to email the customer support but got no response. My order number is 48826. It may be a scam site but I have seen there products in stores though.

Order never recieved.

I ordered over a month ago, had an email to say it had been dispatched but never recieved the item.
According to Royal mail, they are still waiting for
it to reach them.
Tried emailing this company twice, no answer.
Will be reporting to my bank.

Ive been using the crep protect spray…

Ive been using the crep protect spray for years on every pair of trainers i ever buy and i cant fault it but then i came across there sneaker guards and thought if its half as good as the spray im happy but turns out ive never seen such a gimmicky product before. There flimsy sides collapse in when trying to put the trainers on and the gel lined interior sticks to ur socks. Now i wouldnt be putting this review if i had just been sent a returns lable and got my money back as stated on there websites returns policy but instead im going back and forth with what i assume is some kid running there email inbox. Ive asked in total 5x now for a returns label and its been a week since i contacted them about it initially. Hope this gets your attention...

Won’t buy again

Have bought several pairs of laces from Crep in the past and I’ve been really pleased, they were great quality. A bit more spendy but worth it. The latest pair I’ve bought are awful, terrible quality and with GOLD bits on the ends….what the hell?? Probably cost me the same to send them back so they’ll end up in the charity shop. Won’t buy again.

The only mystery is why I ordered it in the first place!

I have been a big fan of Crep Protect since my army days and have always been happy to pay that bit more for their products and because of that I had wanted to buy the mystery hamper for a long time but never had enough money to justify buying it however I had a bit of luck on a work outing to see greyhound racing and I thought I would put some of the winnings towards finally getting one of these boxes. Of course I understood that there might be some bits in there that I would not find useful however I was sure that other family members would find use for them. On the website, Purchasing and site navigation was very straightforward and the processing and delivery of my order was pretty quick. I was looking forward to receiving the box but once I opened it, I really wish I hadn’t bothered it’s probably the worst £50 I have spent in years. I won’t go into details about all the items but I will give some examples here, enclosed were 2 face masks, which I assume they put in to get off their stocks but what really upset me was that one of the masks had a broken seal and had clearly been opened so likely this was a return from another customer and given the reason for actually having one was defeated by the fact it had clearly been used to some extent or another by someone else and repackaged! I also received 2 hat spray protectors but only one shoe protector spray which given the law of averages more people are likely to wear shoes rather than hats… but again I guess they were just offloading what hasn’t been selling…. Probably because there are more people with shoes than hats! If I had ordered these items individually and had paid the £150 for them I would have been exceedingly disappointed with my purchase and the value for money…. Indeed just paying the £50 plus postage was disappointing enough. I appreciate that I was going to receive a mystery box but even my low expectations were not met especially given the way this item is advertised and presented on the website, but more fool me. As I went through what had been sent I could just picture someone in the warehouse holding the empty box and just grabbing a certain number of items from the returned stock shelves and throwing in a few peanut packing foams on top….. I really wasn’t setting my hopes too high but even those weren’t met with what arrived! I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying one of these packs to avoid it and not to waste their money, I dread to think what is in the more expensive packs for £100 and £150 ….!
