Item I’d ordered wasn’t in stock. No replies to emails for two days. Resorted to messaging via IG and got a reply and a fairly rapid refund.
So not a good start but resolved fairly well. However my daughter who was going to have the shoes was quite disappointed.
No phone number to call which never bodes well.

Bought some shoes, had an issue with the quality, found out via the website the store does not offer refunds. Messaged for an exchange, was told that there was no more of that size and "there's not much we can do" about it... Now complete unresponsive.

Bought a pair of Jordans from them, there is a noticeable scuff next to the Swoosh. I've tried to reach out in every form of contact to ask for a simple exchange but have been ignored completely. Buy at your own risk.

I paid £209 for a pair of Air Jordan trainers for my daughter only to find out when they arrived they were counterfeit! The trainers are good copies but on close inspection you could see the air holes in the toe weren’t fully perforated, the air Jordan wing sign was wobbly with the letters touching, the laces were supposed to come in cream but were white and the stitching looked messy. The box the shoes arrived in gave it away for me, it was flimsy and marked with oily finger prints, also the delivery label was handwritten!!! Stay clear!!!!

I was amazed on how good the service was. I bought the Mocha Jordan’s and they got delivered within 3-4 days. I would definitely recommend buying from crepsauce and believe me you will not be disappointed.
