Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Shoes arrived but needed to return as too big. No returns form and no response to emails about returning. Exercised right to cancel and also to return by returning items by tracked and signed for post. They received the items over a month ago and have not refunded monies. No response to any email. So they have the shoes and my money.
Avoid this company.

Item purchased not received, opened a PayPal case to retrieve monies - over £200
My daughter will be devastated that she won’t have the one thing she has asked for at Christmas! I ordered in plenty of time too!

I purchased Jordan 4 University Blue from Crepstocks. The parcel was shipped on the same day, tracking was provided and I received the shoes on the next day. My girlfriend will be super happy, as the shoes are a present for her. Once again, Crepstocks did not disappoint and I will certainly buy from them again.
