We have reviewed our records and found that we had arranged for a courier to collect the item multiple times after your initial request. However, we understand that this may not have been communicated effectively to you and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

Hi,

We are sorry you have had an unpleasant experience. Your order was due to be delivered in the 2-6 working day time frame as stated on our website weekends are not working days and hence the confusion. You requested a refunded and that was processed immediately with email confirmation sent to yourself outside our working hours. Our team has gone above and beyond to accommodate for yourself at every hurdle and this review was not only defamatory but very misleading as it’s not accurate.

We are sorry that you feel that way we have noticed that you. We have seen that your order was dispatched the next working after you placed the order and was received the following day. A member of our team answer your query regarding to a return and explained that as per our terms and conditions in which upon purchasing from ourselves you adhered too. Nonetheless we offered to request to make an exception at this time in which we have heard no response.

We are very sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with us sir. Upon further investigation we have not received any communication from yourself and we have even tried to contact yourself multiple times on the number and email provided at checkout in regards to this order but to no avail, as it was in fact flagged as fraudulent. The order was cancelled and the refunded to the payment method at checkout.

As a small business we pride ourselves in customer service and communication with the customer and thus we tried to keep you in the loop at every step of the transaction as we were unable to verify the validity of this order to satisfy our payment providers we had to cancel the order.

HI,

Upon checking your order it shows that your order was delivered to yourself -albeit a day late in which you were sent a partial refund of 10% as a gesture of goodwill. We see that our team has also tried to reach you on email several times regarding this review and were ignored.

Its a shame that you had to resort to leaving a negative review even after our team went above and beyond for yourself to not only ensure your parcel was delivered correctly but also offering a partial discount for the item arriving late.
