Update on my Experience

Updating my experience.
My initial order was deliver brilliantly.
Exchanging was not the easiest task, however I am glad that eventually everything got sorted out. CrepsUK is a good company and I would genuinely recommend it. All the best.

These Jordons arrrived discoloured.

These Jordons arrrived discoloured.
The right shoe was faded, and the suede has a little nick at the toe.
I work in retail, footwear also, so in my experience they looked like the right was in a shop window/ display cabinet or sitting out. Very disappointed. Won’t be shopping here again. Left 2 emails, still waiting on instructions.

I was very happy with the purchase and the product is better than expected. The delivery was delayed a day without reason and the box appeared to have been tampered with. The previous purchase was perfect and delivered without any issues.

Not recommended. Selling things on website that are not in stock. Ordered a jacket for 7440 SEK (about 700 €) recieved a messege 10 days (!!!) later that the item was not in stock...

scam

Told it was 2-6 day delivery. been well over one week. no email stating the delivery is shipped. didn’t receive any updates. no replies to emails or no reply on whatsapp. seems like the whole thing is a scam.

Item has not turned up

Item has not turned up, it has now been 13 working days delivery was meant to happen between 5-7, whilst contacting the company through WhatsApp plus plenty of emails sent I haven’t heard nothing back.

Upon further investigation we have not received any communication from yourself and we have even tried to contact yourself multiple times on the number and email provided at checkout in regards to this order but to no avail, as it was in fact flagged as fraudulent. The order was cancelled and the refunded to the payment method at checkout.

As a small business we pride ourselves in customer service and communication with the customer and thus we tried to keep you in the loop at every step of the transaction as we were unable to verify the validity of this order to satisfy our payment providers we had to cancel the order.
