Excellent service quick delivery within a week

I made an order in September for a hoodie and trousers after receiving an email saying the trouser were out of stock I asked for a refund for them but the hoodie to be sent. I have received none of my items or a refund.
I have tried contacting Creputate via email, WhatsApp, insta and have had no reply. I am disgusted with the service considering I spent over £300

There had been an issue with one of the two pairs of Jordan 1s ordered but Creputate went out their way to source another pair which was amazing from them, also through contacting them by email they replied quickly and were overall excellent to deal with will 100% be buying more from them in the future. Thanks so much for your great service!!

Have e mailed many times to arrange a return and do an exchange and has had no response so I am unable to return and do not know how the return and exchange system works.
Was helped by the team via tx message after figuring out the e mail in box had been playing up.

I’m not sure if I’ve been scammed ..my order was placed 10 days ago I’ve contacted them several times no reply …I’m already paying a lot for the Ugg shoes which I’m starting to think red flags
