Cresta use to be a really good company to use. We have used them for years. However since lockdown they have gone down hill. We have been trying to sort out a problem with flights since early 2021. We requested a refund for a cancelled flight before Christmas and we are still waiting on the money coming through. Their customer service is awful. We won’t be using again.
