They keep both the returned product and your money!

I found out that they had only a 30 day return period and wanted to cancel my order since that started from the moment they got your cc info. When I informed Nicholas one of their customer service reps of my decision that I would return the package unopened as soon as I got it, he told me to just refuse the package. At that time I didn't know that it was being delivered by Dragonfly. I put a note on my apartment door that I was refusing the order so the Dragonfly driver took it back and returned it to them. When I spoke to Nicholas the second time saying that I was sending it back he already knew that and asked if I had an RMA number. I said no because he hadn't mentioned that before. So I just received an email today telling me that because I didn't have an RMA number they won't be issuing any refund. So they get to keep all the product and my money because I was not informed by them of their RMA requirement. Never do any business with this company, They cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do and then blame it on you.

Crestline sent me an order of glucose…

Crestline sent me an order of glucose tablets that I did not order. I was going to and then I saw the canadian price. I exited their program without ordering. They took their money out of my credit card and when I called them to return the product, the representative said laughingly sorry we don't give refunds. Fight it out with your bank. In other words they stole my information, sent the product and laughed in my face. Even though they have an Ontario Canada office, the stuff is sent from the USA and charged in American currency. It's time this company got shut down permanently. Buyers and lookers beware.

Blatent misrepresentation

Billed me for a whole lot more than the advertised price. The product doesn't do what they said. Apparently in the small print I asked for following automatic shipments of the product monthly and when I canceled they said I couldn't cancel because it had already shipped, but 15 days later still haven't received the product even though my card was charged 15 days ago.

Total AI generated BS

Total AI generated BS. Dr Bogoch did not endorse this product. Website says "money back guarantee" and "fast & reliable shipping". As soon as I placed the order my bank notified me on email that it was a potential fraud. I called back immediately to cancel and was told it was already shipped yet it took 23 days to get here. I called back and Nicholas hung up on me and I called back immediately and got a message it was after hours. Also when my bill came it was $322.35 Canadian and it was $236.62 USD yet I thought with Dr Bogoch being from Canada I assumed it was a Canadian business. My bank did nothing for me as I did receive what I ordered. Never opened it and won't. Don't get hosed like I did. Shop where you know what you're getting. Buyer beware...

I also thought I was ordering 3…

I also thought I was ordering 3 bottles, which should have been less than $165 and they ATTEMPTED to bill me $330 under Meridian Health, which my CREDIT CARD COMPANY “
Declined “ due to suspected FRAUD, which it was.

I advised them that I was CANCELLING EVERYTHING and WITHDRAWING AUTHORIZATION for any transactions on my Credit Card.
Their response was to try to put through a transaction for a similar amount under RPA BEAUTY SUPPLIES.

After asking them 8 times to DELETE my information, their response was to bill me yet again for $330 under VISUAL GREATS.

I have now CANCELLED my Credit Card because they are the WORST LEECHES that just won’t let go and Low Life Oxygen wasting Scum Bags that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with .

Had I done my DUE DILIGENCE, and read Reviews and searched :

“Is Crestline Nutrition Legit.”?, I would have read that they are a SCAM COMPANY and are using the name of a LEGITIMATE COMPANY, that they are now ruining .
Thankfully, ALL OF THEIR “ATTEMPTED TRANSACTIONS were DECLINED by my CREDIT CARD COMPANY and have caused me to have to CANCEL my Credit Card .

I would shoot the BASTARDS if I could find them.

What a scam

What a scam! I placed what I thought was a $39.00 order late on a Friday night. I got an alert from my credit card company asking if I made this purchase. I said yes and they approved it. But then, I got an email from Crestline notifying me that $236 was charged to my card.
I immediately called my credit card company.
I called the scammers to tell them to cancel the order and that I didn’t appreciate the scam.

I was told I could not cancel because the order shipped out already. Nonsense, couldn’t have gone out in the wee hours of a Saturday morning. According to reviews that’s what they do when you try to cancel an order soon after placing it. When I tried to tell their representative this was nonsense, he hung up on me!!!

The credit card company canceled my card and will reissue with a new number.

There are numerous reports about this happening to people and the Better Business Bureau has the company classified as a scam.

DO NOT BIY FROM CRESTLINE !!!!

A SCAM company

A SCAM company. Crestline pitched their pill bottles for Mens Health aids using Dr. Bogosch. I believed them. He is respected in Canada as an expert. He admitted yesterday that he did not give permission to use his endorsement. No final price was listed, but a $35.00 bottle was charged my Mastercard $334.09. on 20 Mar. and I have received Nothing. These guys are crooks.

These people are despicable

These people are despicable! My husband ordered one bottle for the advertised price of $23.65 on 2-14-2026. The next day I see on my bank acct that we’ve been charged $236.52! My bank sent me an email asking if we had made this transaction, and I replied NO, because it was for more than was advertised. I called the company to cancel and was told it had already shipped. I said I didn’t want the product and was told we could return in 30 days. I started looking online to find out more about this company and realized it is all a scam, and that others have been overcharged. I told my bank to file a fraud claim. The company told the bank we had agreed to the amount, which we did not. We agreed to $23.65. Crestline filed against our bank to get the money back. I just called them and told them I want to send the product back and was told we have been “blacklisted”! I told the guy he was going to listen to what I had to say and he screamed at me, “Hell, no!” and hung up on me. My bank is reopening the fraud case because this company is committing fraud!

Crestline Nutrition is a Total Ripoff

Do not get sucked into this Crestline total ripoff like I did! I thought I was ordering one bottle at $39 of Crestline Nutrition from a Canadian Company for Glucose Support and instead it was in US dollars from an American supplier down in Tennesee. After making my order, I checked my Credit card and I was charged $330.67 for 6 months supply and when I phoned them to cancel 10 minutes later, I was told that it was already shipped; as if I believed him! In addition the glucose support meds after one month have made absolutely no difference in my blood sugar level. Do not buy this product as their billing is a total ripoff and the product does not work!

These people are total tyrants

These people are total tyrants. They did not honor the very first purchase. They charged my credit card for the full price of 6 bottles rather than the 50 percent off. And then to top it off, they just tapped my credit card again for another 340 some dollars and sent another box of 6 bottles and I only used one bottle of 30 pills to date. This is war for them. I'm sure the pills are fake too, they did absolutely nothing.

Total Scam

This company charged my account over 300.00.
They used Peter Manbridge, a trusted Canadian, to sell this product.
I called Peter Manbridges office, and they said it was a scam.
When I tried to cancel the order, they refused.
Also gave telephone number that would not work.
Eg.. busy signal constantly etc

Just a nightmare. Would definitely not recommend.

Crestline Glucose Support Review

Crestline Glucose Support Review

I ordered 3 bottles + 3 bottles free for $34.99 per bottle, but my credit card was charged $329.94

After I complained, they only offered a 30% discount instead of fixing the problem. Then, one month later, they charged my credit card again for $329.94, which was only for three bottles, without my authorization, even though I had never subscribed to their product.

I requested to return both deliveries and get a full refund, but they refused and closed my case without resolving my complaint.

Be cautious and avoid ordering from this company. Never trust them.

I agree with everyone else here on the reviews. I bought for the same price but the bill was 343.00 and was not happy at all. As for the product well it has done nothing for me and I take a pill everyday and have almost finished a bottle with 2 more to go. I was bill for some eye make up and I am a guy so why the eye makeup .... Mastercard is looking into it now. Reading what someone else said about getting something on auto charge with makeup makes me thing these characters are behind it. I will not do ANYTHING online again and do not trust these guys.

Deceptive and rip off!

My mother, 85 years old, ordered buy 3 get 3 free glucose support for $149. She got a bill for $343.00 Even at an American conversion that doesn't jive. She received another 3 yesterdaythat she did not expect. I called and was told she had signed up for a subscription that automatically sends another order every month! 1 bottle has 30 pills, she got 3, why would they do a monthly subscription if they sent 90 days worth! I advised this is an elderly woman who had no idea she was signing up for a subscription. They will not take it back and offer no refund compensation......DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! It is false advertising and rip you off!
