From the initial enquiry, to the home visit, to the quote and deposit being paid, all of this was such a simple, friendly and straightforward process we were impressed already. The day of the installation went smoothly and the team were very thoughtful of our needs and showed us how to operate all functions of our newly installed equipment.

Frank and his team were very professional from the get go. The team worked well together and explained every thing as they went.
The installation is very neat, they all cleaned as they worked, when they left my home each night you could not tell that they had even been there. The price was very competitive.

Pardon the aircon pun here, but I was 'blown away' by the excellent quality and outstanding service I experienced through CRG. I rang at least 6 or 7 other providers for quotes (a mix of local and national), none of whom were as good as CRG, or provided me with as much confidence. From the get go and on the phone they were friendly, helpful, informative (and above all - very honest, which goes a long way when you're making an investment). They even turned up on the same day to survey the place, and again - super helpful with all of the advice and time dedicated to talk things through, to show and explain (rather than just measure up and disappear). On the day of installation, I couldn't have asked for more... super professional and friendly team, the highest quality workmanship, happy to talk things through and check in with me, happy to stop and explain when I hassled them, an absolute joy to have around and an absolute pleasure to see such great and efficient team work. I am rarely so impressed to take the time to write a review, but if I could give 6 stars, I would. I would strongly recommend CRG and endorse to anyone (...and am considering having them back in the future for more aircon and solar panels).

Very impressed with my installation of aircon carried out by CRG. Frank was straightforward when quoting the work, no pressure and the price was competitive. The electrician and aircon engineer were both a pleasure to have around the house, trustworthy prompt and tidy. And the finished job is excellent. Would completely recommend.

Would highly recommend CRG air conditioning. We have had our unit fitted today and the installation was seamless and complete in less than a day. Ash and the team were friendly, neat and clearly explained how the unit and condenser work and can be maintained. Fixed Price quoted is what we paid. I was looking for air conditioning for my office as last summer it was unbearable, Ashley from CRG came to my property to discuss my options, he was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. It was explained in a way that was easy to understand, I assumed that ac only blew cold air but was informed that they do heating too and can regulate a temperature. I had my install done within 2 weeks of visit!! The installation team were polite and friendly, they left my office spotless. I would recommend these guys to anyone,

I had CRG install air conditioning at my home after looking for a more efficient heating system. Our bills have come down massively since switching from electric heaters and we have cooling ready for the summer!
