Ive ordered several prints from this company. Their customer service and shipping time was excellent. The prints were packaged very well and arrived undamaged. My only criticism is that the photos you order from are not exactly what the prints turn out to be. But that is easily corrected.

cheap poster with runaround return effort
damaged item delivered. Cheap poster when website claims it is "hand stretched". They refuse to give address to return for refund. Making all kinds of offers for me to keep cheap damaged product.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star but I didn’t have an option but to select 1.
Beyond the worst experience all round. I ordered an XL painting and when it arrived in the mail I received a cheap, tacky, blurred blown up picture of what I thought I was going to receive.
When I first complained, I got a response almost immediately. Thereafter, I’ve waited days and days for a response. I originally requested a refund but I found another painting that I wanted so I asked to change to that. They originally said that they would send out another one of the one I ordered at no extra charge so I thought they would do the same with a new painting. After I sent an email requesting this, they agreed and said they would issue a gift card so I can use that to get the painting. I received a gift card for $70 LESS then the amount I paid which means I would be out of pocket a further $70 to order another painting from their company even though it was their screw up with the quality of the print.
I have since responded saying how absurd that is and that I want a full refund instead as the level of customer service and quality of their products is not satisfactory and I don’t believe ever will be.
