I would have rated this company in the negative if possible.
As with other reviews for this disreputable company, have found numerous stickers plastered across my letterbox and intercom.
I have not seen a single response from the company to any of the reviews, so can only assume it is a practice that they condone.
Utter disrespect for peoples private property...

Stickering properties without consent.

Just found a sticker on my front door with this company's details.

In a crowded market- you can strike this company off your list and look elsewhere.

This review is NEGATIVE Stars for a firm that BUTCHER doors rather than use their Brains as a Master Locksmith should. Instead of drilling a Lock out they drill the Door causing extra and unnecessary damage and costs.

Vandalising despite it seems years of complaints. How are they still continuing to do this and haven’t been shut down. Clearly no idea how to run a business as this has got them excessive negative reviews and post an NW business in South West London homes. Brain dead and rude man on phone trying to deny it was his business which shows how thick he is given it’s a label with his face, name and number

We hired him to fix a lock but it was broken again the week after. Called him to repair again but not being cooperative and helpful. Truly unprofessional!

It's horrible. They stuck the label in our keypad. I rang them and swore, and they put the phone down. How could they do that easily?

Stuck a sticker to my front door advertising their services without my permission. I would suggest avoiding this company. No surprise they get terrible reviews.

These plonkers just graffiti everyone’s houses with their ugly stickers - damaging paintwork and upsetting all of our neighbours. Not professional, technically illegal criminal damage.

Don't go around putting very hard to peel off stickers on peoples property without permission - what a stupid marketing ploy.

Highly recommend against using this locksmith for call outs – I had Sam (as he goes by – his name is Husam Edaan) come by our new flat for a simple change of locks and mailbox key job. He changed the mailbox and front door lock and though expensive this was all fine – but I noticed while he was there a rattle / loose fit in the existing lock and asked him if he could tighten the fit and get rid of the rattle. He said yes but that he didn’t have the proper tools so would need to book a follow up. We did so – another £100 charge out – and to my surprise it took him 5 mins and he didn’t in fact briny and new tools, just a screwdriver and hammer etc from his tool bag. So he was clearly just trying to get paid 2 charge out fees for 1 job. And to make matters worse, on the 2nd call out he noticed yet another problem (some of the bolts not sitting properly when locked), which got my wife all wound up and anxious, but said once again he would need to come back for a 3rd visit – and another £100 charge out! – since he didn’t have time to do this while on site. In fact he had come to ours 30 mins earlier than agreed so when he claimed lack of time he was actually running 20 minutes early from when he was supposed to be with us! Clearly just trying to get paid 3 call out fees for one job. Unprofessional, dishonest and overpriced. Consider yourselves warned!

Horrible company which puts highly adhesive advertisements on your letter box.

This is a scam. Do not call them. They take advantage of people in vulnerable situations.

Still stickering private home with unwelcome advertising. Not sure why you would trust them with the security of your home if they don’t respect it themselves.

More rubbish stickers. The company is in CRICKLEWOOD why the heck are you advertising all over London. Will you be helping people in Ealing if someone wants help in Greenwich?

Shoddy company. Wouldn't trust in any way. Hope the stickers cost loads.

This company is awful.

Vandalising property is their marketing style.

This morning I left my house to find a massive sticker over the camera on my entry phone system. The sticker said I should call them for all my locksmith and entry phone needs. Until they put the sticker on there was nothing wrong with it. Why on earth they think that I should think they are a competent entry phone repair company when they have just rendered it inoperable is totally bizarre.

We have reported them to trading standards.

I hope they consider their life choices and cease and desist.

This company have stuck stickers on my properties for the last fifteen years, nothing has changed including their lying responses, and the same person husam edaan answering the Phone although his brother hazem responds to the negative reviews with the usual lies.

We've had a Cricklewood Locksmith sticker stuck to our door, and it is not easily removed.

In responses to other similar sticker related reviews, the owner of this profile claims this is a rival brand trying to discredit the high street Cricklewood Locksmith. However, the phone number on the sticker matches the phone on this Google profile - the same profile that claims to be the high street store and is responsible for answering reviews.

Based on reviews stickering has been happening for over a year, and the owner claims the issue was "resolved". Have a skim through this and make your own mind up - but all the evidence suggests the company behind this profile is the same company doing the stickering.

Whether or not they are good locksmiths, you should steer clear based on their marketing tactics.

For the owner...if you must sticker, why not just use a sticker that is more easily removed? And also don't put it on the woodwork...

Just stop with the extremely irritating and hard to remove “advertising” stickers. The only thing you are bringing attention to are your own poor business methods.
