He graduated law school in 1993 and was hired as an associate at Barrett Gravante Carpinello & Stern LLP which later merged with Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP. During this period of time Mr. Pollok handled complex civil litigation matters and white collar criminal defense cases. In 1995, Michael Pollok began to exclusively practice criminal law in the State and Federal Courts. In 1996 he became counsel to the law firm of Hoffman, Pollok & Pickholz, LLP while maintaining his own solo practice. Interned for two New York State Supreme Court Justices; the Kings County District Attorney's Appeals Bureau; the New York County District Attorney's Appeals Bureau and the Dime Savings Bank.
