The original report delivered was under-whelming. It did not contain the information I was searching for, marriage & divorce. However, the follow-up texts that I have received from Jeremy give me hope that the information may be forthcoming in 1-2 days.
It is now 9 days from when I first submitted my request. The advertising/promises led me to believe that it would return results on marriage and divorce records. However the delivered report made no mention or those records. As if no search for those was done. The followup texts from Jeremy led me to believe that I would be receiving more information in 1-2 days after one of their researchers was able to dig into my request and do more searching. However, I have not heard anything since those texts.
I would still like to give them a chance to deliver what they promise or to tell me that they have hit a dead-end.
