In my experience, this company is a complete rip-off.

I ordered a bike on line for this shop back in March, 2021, and I still have not received the bicycle or a refund. I have emailed them many times, and all I get is long replies full of verbiage that don't address my questions nor do they provide a valid explanation for not giving me the refund. When I call them on the phone, they dodge the call by transferring me to a department that never answers. I've researched them online, and I've read that there are more than 50 other people who've had the same experience as me with this company. It seems they are scamming people systematically and shamelessly. Do not be fooled like I was and keep away from them.

Stay away. Charged my credit card for a bike they showed as having in-stock (but apparently didn't). After waiting many weeks and contacting them, they said they didn't know when it would be in stock - and tried pushing a much lower quality bike on me. At that point, I cancelled the order and they said I'd see a refund in 10-15 days. Well, that was 7 months ago and I still do not have my $600 back.

horrible, simply horrible. still waiting on an E check from a refund of a gift from august of last year. just bad bad bad
