Would not return my money, they said it was a final sale. The item is still listed on the website with no reference to it being a final sale, very crooked company

I ordered six shirts right after Thanksgiving to use as Christmas gifts and I purchased sizes based on their recommendations. They are all too small. when I went to exchange there is nothing in stock through the exchange program from my order. I decided to wait a few weeks to see if anything came into stock per my conversation with the email chat. Now, when I look online to exchange, it shows there’s nothing available in the size I need yet when I go onto their website directly and go to order as if I was a new customer, there are much more options available. They are purposefully preventing me from exchanging what I have at the discounted price.

Amazing shirts, fit very well. And it works as a great present.

Get bigger shirts than what your use to. I left them a message about returning and they never answered the email.

Called customer service, Left on hold then message that one one is available. ok.

I ordered a shirt on 12/16 as a Christmas gift. They said 3-5 business days to receive. It’s now 12/24 and they still haven’t even shipped yet. Worse, absolutely no communication about the delay nor any response to my inquiry about she shipping status.
Never again.
UPDATE: I reached out to customer support and they voided the original order and sent out another one, in the middle of the emails, I asked if they could change the size of the shirt. They were REALLY helpful, cancelling the second order and swapping it out for the new size. Very friendly, helpful and truly caring. It’s everything I had originally expected from this great brand. Thank you, Zach!

Terrible customer service. Very rude. Ben at Criquet was of 0 help. Companies should hire better customer service staff. Don’t waste your time. Very bad fit.

I had seen several commercials on tv for these shirts and had been looking for a quality polo shirt for my husband. I ordered one as a sample and was happy with the quality, however, I’m not sure the price point aligns. I will say this company has great customer service. I ordered the incorrect size (my mistake) and they replaced it for free.
