Good communicator.
Good communicator, but very difficult to configure when it comes to the trigger system, e-mail, etc. Certainly, there are comparable tools on the market with much friendlier use.
Poorly documented features
Poorly documented features, like segments and bots, and things randomly do not work. The overviews are very messy and not all that useful, especially "All", which should be broken into "Resolved" and "Unresolved", etc. The most important part is how Crisp does not separate chats and emails — it is a pertinent security issue that there is not visual indication other than hovering over the message for a while. Chats and emails ought to be color coded or have different symbols.
