Paid for but didn’t receive shoes Don’t use this company it’s a scam !!!!!!

I order 2 pair of shoes from Crivalo. Unfortunately both pair are too small. I want to return them. I send email for them. They replied to me - cost for return can be more expensive than shoes price 15£ per one pair. They do not provide this information on website. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I bought shoes by the name of Mary 1 but the size was not correct. I asked the seller to exchange my shoes for the correct size. This is since November and until today the matter has not been resolved. They refused to refund and suggested that I pay an extra amount and they would send me the correct size pair. I agreed. By the time they managed to respond to my email, they responded saying that they ran out of stock. I sent emails asking when the stock was due in, considering that they refused the refund idea. The response did not arrive after 14 emails. Then I got an email 12 days ago that reassured me the size I am after is now in stock. I asked them to send my long awaited shoes, but 12 days on I got no response and no shipment or confirmation to say the shoes are on the way. I feel distressed and exhausted and I wish I never ordered anything from this company. I shall update my review to reflect if this matter gets resolved. It is a regrettable situation. I also found the same shoes in another store costing £7 pounds less. All in all a very unfortunate situation.
