Had very bad experience with this company. Bought one gucci watch 2 months ago. After so many emails, i had to ask for refund since they kept saying wait a few days or we would ship it soon and it went on for 2 months. In the end, waste of time and energy, doesn't keep the promise. Very bad management.

When I ordered a Gucci watch I was a little apprehensive at first, because I read some reviews that you shouldn't order at Crivelli. I got my payment confirmation, but after that I didn't hear from them for a week. So I emailed the customer service to ask when my order would be ready to be shipped. After a few days I got a friendly mail back, that they were working on it and I would get my order shortly. Then after 10 days, I got an update that my order was shipped. Not long after I got my package. I was very neatly packed, the watch I ordered was just as I hoped for! So end of story, their communication could be a little better, but the product is perfectly fine and you can order from Crivelli without hesitation.

Extremely trustfull and customer service is supportive 24/7 i purchased a product and then had to cancel it, they immediately refunflded my full payement, i would always check their website before any other websites for watches as they have very good prices and reliable.
Moreover contacting them through whatsapp made me trust them and order even if they are in italy and i am in Canada.

Immediate responses to all questions arising through ordering process. All of my requests were completely fulfilled. Very nice contact to the polite staff. Quick shipping and good documentation. Definitely recommended.

Some delay on sending out, my watch was shipped after 2 weeks. So, if you patient enough, I will recommended. Good Sara's customer service, and good authentic watches.

I got the watch i had ordered, and at a fairly good price, so fare so good. However it took a long time comming. It said 4-7 days delivery time, and it took 7 week. I never got any order confirmation, shipping notification or any reply to the mails i sent to them.

They have a good website but they need to tighten up their procedures if they want to survive
