I'm not going to go too deep into details, but we purchased a nitro deck for my sons switch over christmas and had some issues. I just wanted to leave a review here because the way CRKD handled it was 100% second to none in my experience. I can see not EVERYONE has had a positive experience for them, but personally I am very grateful for how well they handled our situation and the outcome the provided. That alone warranted me to come here and sing their praises as not everything in life always goes perfectly, but it's how you handle those negative moments that show a companies true values, and here that was shown to be both compassionate and helpful.

Would shop again with confidence in the customer services for sure.

CRKD controller with Fortnite Festival attachment is lovely. Sadly using very old Bluetooth protocol so no luck for PS or Xbox compatibility as it does not support BT LE. BUT... it does have a huge battery in the controller, so you wont notice it most of the time.

Despite the delays I got my product and, upon issues with it, got in contact with support and received a response in about half an hour.

The package was marked as delivered on by Royal Mail but it was left unattended outside my residence in a block of flats. This was not a secure delivery method, and I did not authorize the package to be left in an unsecured location. Given the value of the item, the seller (YOU) should have taken appropriate precautions, such as requiring a signature upon delivery, to ensure safe receipt. Witch isn’t hard

Despite this, you are refusing to take any responsibility and is instead blaming me for the stolen package. This is unacceptable, as it is the seller’s duty to ensure the item reaches the buyer securely. I have already contacted the shipping carrier and reported the issue, but since I never received my order and you haven’t helped one bit just ignore me and push it off as my fault for not being in

Do not order directly from them. Fedex delivered the package in a non-secure area of my building. I got in contact with CRKD and they told me the purchase was still on its way which made no sense since there was a photo provided by Fedex. I waited the time they told me to only for them to ask for surveillance from my building which is impossible for me to get as I've tried to tell them. Just order through Amazon. Do not waste the time ordering directly, they will not take accountability after over a week to refund you for something you pre-ordered. If you must order through PayPal through them, but do not be surprised that they will not help you beyond processing a claim with Fedex.

...unless you REALLY enjoy having your dispatch/delivery date continously changed adding further and further delays.

Of course, if you're happy to have a 3 month old pre-order sent out just a few days before the standard orders go out, this is the company for you 👍🏻

UPDATE:
Acknowledging the unacceptable delays in processing their pre-orders, CRKD sent out an apology and, as a gesture of good will, a 30% off promotional code.

However, my code would not work - a quick email to their CS was dealt with promptly which resulted in them issuing me with another code which worked flawlessly.
