I have purchased the garden bee bag, the videos to follow are very easy and clear. The bag is coming along nicely and am joining all the parts together. Its looking great. Excited to finish and start to use it.

I purchased the Bee bag sometime ago and it took me some time to make it : work commitments. The bag components are debt in a wonderful box and you have everything you need. When I first bought it, I was given a code which allows me access to the video on how to make it. Whenever I found an issue I could always message them and they would solve it or explain what I needed to do. The videos are amended on a regular basis which means they take customer service seriously. I - like others - could not master the twist handle and so they gave an alternative.
I recently found that my handle kept pulling out of the hardware and Terry was extremely helpful and had sent me another set.
I was impressed with their quality and their helpfulness.
To date I have ordered the Bee Bag, Hobo bag and now the Sunny Beach Tote. Addictive!

Love the kit . The presentation the contents and instructions were all first rate . I altered the construction a little to suit me . Will buy another .

I ordered two bags and one of them came with the wrong color bottom. They were very nice and immediately sent out the correct one. I am an experienced crocheter; I found the pattern to be very easy to follow and the videos are super helpful. The yarn is a little slippery and is ribbon-type, which can be a little challenging to work with at first, but once it gets going, it moves along quickly! It's a great pattern and the leather bits (straps and base) are all very nice quality! I'm thrilled with the kit and am almost half way through one of them!

Really pleased I got the crochet kit. I used to do this as a kid and with the help of clear instructions done by the team I got transferred back in time. Super fun with a cute new bag as a result. Thx

I have crochet experience and I bought a project for beginners, yet even with my expert crocheter's friends help, neither of us were able to finish the project. It was beyond complicated and confusing. The video tutorial didn't really help at all, and because I'd already started the project, I wasn't eligible to return it, which is ridiculous, because how can you tell if you want to return it until you've started it! Will never buy from them again, nor would I recommend it for anyone else.

I received my kit as a Mother’s Day gift as I love crafting. Upon removing the wrapping, the first thing I noticed was the lovely box containing the kit materials. The box was sturdy, easy to open & close and had a lovely floral design. Upon my first look inside, it was immediately obvious the quality of the materials provided was top-notch. I was excited to get started on my project but we were celebrating our family time with dinner at a local restaurant so I closed the box & put it away for later. Upon returning from dinner, I discovered our dog was just as excited about the present and decided to “explore” the contents. His favorite item was the leather base that ended up being his new favorite chew toy. Sadly, the bad could not be repaired, so I reached out to CrochetPark Customer Service and they have been wonderful. I uploaded a picture of the destroyed base and they are sending me a replacement.

I've now ordered a few kits from Crochetpark and can honestly say that they're great ! not only did the kits arrive in a timely manner, but the instructions and tutorial were very easy to follow. I made one of the bags as a gift for my niece, and she loves it. I plan on ordering a few more to give as gifts.

I love all the kits I ordered from Crochetpark. They arrive pretty fast, have everything you need to crochet, and the instructions on YouTube are very clear and very detailed. You can adjust the speed of the video tutorial if you find it too fast to follow.
I made several purses for myself, and gifted a few to my friends. Everyone is surprised that it’s handmade. The final pieces look beautiful and the accessories you receive in the kit make the purses look very sophisticated!

I have loved making these bags. I have bought 6 sets and some multiple times and given them as presents. The tutorials are easy to follow even for a beginner. I have only had one problem and that's because of me not being able to do the lining of the beach bag properly and I messed it up but the bag works perfectly without the lining. I would highly recommend getting these. If you have any queries the response time is quick and dealt with professionally.

Everything about the bag was brilliant from ordering to deliver the bags are first class video I so straight forward and the instructions are spot on will definitely be ordering again quality is great as well

Fast delivery, amazing stylish box, clear instruction pattern and access to youtube videos that explain in detail how to follow the instructions. Amazing quality product, I absolutely loved making my cute bag.

Although the product is lovely the after sales service is shockingly poor with promises not kept to replace mesh after providing positive reviews as requested. This does go against TrustPilot ethos. They are only interested in people posting positive reviews. I was happy to purchase replacement mesh, but they can’t seem to arrange that! Project now languishing in a drawer unfinished. Recommend you spend your money elsewhere!
