  1. Art Handcraft

Information provided by various external sources

Crockd is a fun at-home clay kit that enables people to learn the art of pottery without the pressure of a formal workshop, but it’s also much more than that – it’s a kit that is purposefully designed to bring people together over meaningful conversations and busy hands. The idea is to use pottery as a catalyst for conversation by providing a distraction for your hands, so you can talk a little less awkwardly about things that really matter and connect on a more human level.

Poor delivery and customer service!

The Crockd AU website specifies that NZ orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm & also mentions that express shipping is included (2-5 working days).
It's been over a week since I ordered and I haven't even had a notification to say that anything is on its way.
I sent an email to their customer service team and have heard nothing back about my order.

I also noticed that Crockd deletes all negative feedback that is left on their social media pages. Probably to portray a perfect business image, when really their customer service is crap. Would not recommend shopping here!
