Excellent product and fitting of a large Rollixo Premium garage door by Paul and Paul. Took them less that 3 hours.

From our first enquiry, sales representative and surveyor our experience with Crocodile has been first class.
Today we have had our new roller garage door fitted by Paul and Paul and I must say I have been really impressed with the quality of their workmanship and attitude to the job. Everything has been demonstrated and explained clearly. They both are a credit to Crocodile products. The site has been left clean and tidy with the old door taken away and all rubbish has been removed. The new garage door looks great we are so please with the results and will definitely be using Crocodile again.

The installers Ricardo and John were great, very efficient, and tidy, explained everything very well and made sure we were happy. Getting the booking date was somewhat trickier, where we had been promised a certain day of the week could be arranged for fitting, but this was not possible. Waited 5 months after paying a deposit to get another day booked, but this was only after I made calls to them!

Excellent work from Mark and Paul. Arrived before the start time and were very friendly and professional. We were disposing our old garage door ourselves and had told them to leave to the side and we would sort it out later but they cut it up and disposed of it in the skip we had hired.

The service we received form Crocodile was prefect in every way, from the salesman to the technical planner and of course the amazing guys that installed both the Wintergarden and the Awning.
The quality of the products are marktet leading, our expections have been truely exceeded.

From the first of three visits all exactly on the stated time, Barry called & showed us the colour range & explained how it al worked & gave us the price, a few weeks later the surveyor called & accurately measured the door& finally Nathan & Mckennzie arrived & fitted the door in a few hours. Quality workmanship, superb product, much easier to press a button rather than manually lifting a four metre wide door. All in all very satisfactory outcome,excellent company to deal with.

Paul and Paul fitted our new garage door both very friendly and quick. They cleaned up after themselves, explained how to work the door and all the security features.

Hi, It took me a long time to decide on a company to supply my garage door. I decided to go with Crocodile as they offer a bit more warranty, 5 years parts and labour!! and they only sell one roller shutter door, their product is very good quality and well made, if you do decide on Crocodile I would highly recommend Paul & Paul.. Very polite, clean workers & nothing phased them, their work is professional and left my site clean.

We have had our electric garage doors from Crocodile for several years now, and recently one of the doors stopped working. I reported the issue and, within just two days, Mark and Paul from the installation team were dispatched to help.

What a fantastic pair of gentlemen — polite, professional, and full of humour! Both proudly from Yorkshire, complete with the proper accents, which delighted my wife, who was born in Leeds. Before long she had completely abandoned her BBC English and was chatting away as though she’d lived in Yorkshire all her life!

They quickly identified the fault and had everything repaired in no time at all. We live in Norfolk, and as the usual engineer was tied up on another job, we really appreciated Mark and Paul making the journey to us after completing an installation in Colchester.

This was good old-fashioned British customer service at its very best. We cannot recommend Crocodile and its team highly enough!
