Would give this company 0 stars if possible. I wish I had read these reviews sooner. On November 23rd I ordered Crocs for my nephew for Christmas and they still have not shipped. I received and e-mail on December 5th saying they would arrive before Christmas but they still have not shipped. I will never order from this company again. They obviously do not care at all about their customers. It is a scam that your order can not be cancelled until the item ships.
We all love Crocs BUT ...
We all love Crocs. I have nothing negative to say about these shoes. But if you order online, don't expect to receive your order anytime soon. I placed a large order on Black Friday, three weeks ago. Order still hasn't even been processed, let alone shipped. I've tried to check on the status of my order on the website, but nothing happens (still "loading" after 20 minutes). I tried calling but of course placed on hold indefinitely and gave up, so not even sure how to cancel this order. Save yourself the frustration and waste of time and buy from another retailer.
Update: Order placed on Black Friday just arrived at the house (Dec. 28) but we’re away. Had to ask a neighbour to collect as we’re away for the holidays. I called again about a week ago and was promised this would arrive by Dec. 24 in time for Christmas.
BAD experience
I wish I found these reviews before ordering from their website. I am experiencing the same thing as everyone else. My that status of my order from Nov 24 continues to be 'processing'. This is about 3 weeks ago. I lose hope that it will come in time for Christmas, especially after reading others experiences. I was able to get someone on chat a week ago, however they were of no help. Now they have basically disabled the chat if you want to ask about your order, basically telling you that have no update due to volume from holiday orders. Will never order from them again.
Edit to add: I just received an email from Crocs Canada asking how I liked my recent purchase, and inviting me to write a review. Shaking my head at this. The order status is still 'processing'; I have not yet received my purchase!!!! ARRRRGH

Placed an order 4 weeks ago, and it is still "processing". Chat support on the website is disabled, and phone support says "our lines are currently busy try again later or use chat support" then disconnects you. Used email support, and after almost 2 weeks got a dismissive reply "your order was already delivered" with a UPS tracking number, that tracks to a city 3500Kms away, and has a reference number of a Crocs order that isn't mine. As others have said, you cant get a refund until the order has shipped, and my order has been in limbo for 4 weeks now. Their customer service is almost non-existent, and when you finally get a response the response is terrible. Don't waste your time/money using their website.

Terrible Customer Service/Commitment
Crocs has been unable to process my order, or to affectively respond to my inquiries. After a month of waiting I want to cancel my order but have to wait for it to be shipped. I do however keep receiving coupons to spend more money at Crocs. Criminal consumer manipulation. Not worth the inflated price on a product that once cost $15 in department store bins.

Forget about getting your order in time or getting any response from costumer service. Chat bot just keeps you online thinking your turn soon only to sit at same number for hours depending if person ahead of you gives up. No response from emails and good luck phoning just a busy signal or wait on hold until your phone batt dies. Avoid this company you have been warned.

Placed my order of 3 pairs of crocs and many sets of jibbitz. The order went through and money was taken out of my account.
I have now received my shipment notice stating my order is on the way, but 2 of the pairs of crocs have been canceled. These crocs were the reason I placed the order. I would never have placed the order if I knew the crocs were available. Why would I need multiple jibbitz with no crocs. Plus now I am being charged shipping fees for not meeting the minimum order. I waited online for customer service. When I finally got a live agent (Martin), they asked me to give them a couple of minutes so they could read my comments, then ended the chat saying they hadn't heard from me in three minutes.... even though they kept the chat box closed so I couldn't type. Very frustrated, and will never order from them again.
No return address for online orders…
Bought a pair of Crocs online from crocs.ca but they were too small. I tried to get a return label only to find out I would have to pay return shipping fees. I decided I would do that because at this point, I just wanted them gone, only to find that the return shipping address was nowhere to be found. I searched everywhere and repeatedly downloaded the packing slip but the return address was not included. This is the end of 2022! I don't think this is an oversight because another's have shared a similar experience. Why does one need to call customer service or send an email just to receive a return shipping address. This is highly infuriating. Will NEVER EVER buy ANY Crocs product or recommend them ever again.
Awful Customer Service
Awful wait times on the phone and when I finally got through after 40 minutes the service representative was pathetic.
Waiting for a month now for a refund after returning the item. Looks like they have disconnected their email service since you get no acknowledgment it was even sent....and certainly no response to anything.
Brutal service and I won't be buying CROCs again as bad service usually means major issues.
Broken customer service and return policy, buy your Crocs elsewhere
Crocs.ca customer service is very hard to reach and their return policy is broken. When you want to return a product, they don't provide a return label and expect you to pay for shipping. Their email address returns "inbox full" error message. Live chat works if you are willing to wait a long time.
Website says you can return to a store but reality is this only applies to a small subsection of stores, a total of 5 stores in entire Canada, non in Western Canada. Also, post-covid, the delivery took over a month.
You're much better off buying your Crocs from other retailers.

I have no idea how this company with such a large recognized name can have such poor systems in place for an enhanced online shopping experience.
First, the shipping time was over 17 days before arriving, even though on tracking site it was slated to arrive 7 days prior.
Second, calling into customer service is essentially a futile endeavour. Called multiple times and waited 30+ minutes, never actually getting through to someone. Once given the option to leave a message for them to call back in the same order of call sequence, I received one call hours later even though I had left 4+ messages with different phone numbers too. Terrible protocol - as if they have only 1 person on staff taking care of all worldwide incoming customer calls.
Third, the boots don't fit our kids so we're having to return them. Sent an email to inquire about the shipping fees process. After 2 days wait, still radio silence. From the website, it seems as though customers are having to pay for return shipping which in this day and age of online shopping, is absolutely unacceptable. Alternatively, we can conveniently return the product at an official Crocs store, NOT a reseller. We live in Vancouver Canada, somewhat of a 'large' city and guess what, the closest store is one province over. Fantastically convenient!
Will never recommend Crocs.ca to ANYBODY.
